“The worker would not allow access to the pool area although they stated it was open when my husband tried to go swim with our daughter the worker told him only i checked in so he couldn't swim ! Once i showed him the reservation made with 2 adults he then stated he couldn't swim because the pool didn't open till 3 pm ! Also saw cockroach in the bathroom of the room and what looked to be dry dog poop in the carpet !! Nasty experience overall !!”

“Clean rooms, clean pool. Thr staff was so sweet. The wokderful lady running breakfast was like everyone's sweet auntie wrapped in one person. ”

“Well first dogs barking in the hall for about 5 minutes at 1am. Then there fire alarm was glitching and beeping at 645a. Then leaf blowers going blowing the snow. Made for a rough time sleeping. Staff was great though and very kind. Lady at the counter was from another hotel. Veey kind and helpful though.”

“As always the red roof was excellent except for one comment the owner made I was checking in after my brother. We had two rooms and we both have one dog apiece and he had both dogs with him. I was on my way and I called to let them know that I may not be able to get there until the next day allow him to check into my room just in case and he was like oh he has two dogs. They will tear up that room and I said no those dogs will not tear up that room. Those dogs are very well behaved they would……

“The room was clean. However, 2 of the containers were off the wall, laying on the counter. All three, soap, shampoo and conditioner were completely empty, and looked like it hadn't been filled in a while. The ice maker was broken and looked like it had been broken for a while. The hotels' web site advertises a continental breakfast. Nope. In fact, when we stayed there in 2023, they said that they hadn't served the breakfast since covid. They need to update their website to reflectthat there is……
