Holiday Baking

This year we decided it would be fun to bake our holiday cookies with the grandchildren while we were away for the weekend, to create memories for them. We chose Albrightsville because it was in close proximity to Jim Thorpe and Bethlehem. Our family consists of six adults and four kids from 2-10. I cannot tell you how many hours I spent combing through all the listings. Many of the listings looked like the houses were 100 years old and had thin mattresses, It was Very difficult to find a place with two full bathrooms, let alone three. Many places said they slept 10 but when I looked at the configurations, that would only happen if all the bunk beds were used, including by the adults. Linda and Dan's listing was so refreshing, and the house looks the exact same in person. The living room seating was super comfortable, with a cozy fireplace, The mattresses were all real mattresses and VERY comfortable. There was enough snow on the ground for the kids to go sledding in the backyard. When they came inside, we simply put their wet clothes in the dryer. Linda and Danny were super-responsive when I had any questions before or during our stay. It was a very easy check-in process. We just drove to the house and unlocked the door. We highly recommend them.

Spacious and comfortable

Lovely home with very comfortable beds. Clean and spacious to fit our family of eight and two small dogs. Quite neighborhood with many activities near by. House is decently equipped with all that you need for cooking and entertainment. We all had a pleasant stay. Thank you Linda

Pocono Paradise

Beautiful and comfortable cabin, great location and tons of amenities (beach/pool/hot tub) located in private, wooded community close to everything fun you can do in Jim Thorpe, Lake Harmony and Blakeslee! Rafting, Paintball, Butterfly Sanctuary, Scoops and best restaurant, Dom & Ali's, just minutes away! The pool table, fuse ball and board games were also a big hit with the younger adults. Linda and Dan are gracious hosts and respond immediately if needed. We all had a wonderful time and would definitely return when visiting the area again! Jo-Anna S.
