Villa Bella 200 meters from Falésia Beach by Urban Hypotenuse

Wonderfully situated for a peaceful and relaxing vacation, just 200 meters from the sea - Praia da Falésia and just 30 minutes from Faro Airport. It features air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, free Wi-Fi, and a Smart TV (MEO). Guests can prepare their meals in the privacy of the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a washing machine, microwave, filter and capsule coffee maker, mixer, blender, toaster, juicer, and of course all kitchen utensils. The house has a large outdoor space with a private condominium garden and a barbecue.

There is a private parking space for one vehicle in front of the villa.

The Municipality of Albufeira charges a tourist tax to travelers. For stays between April 1st and October 31st (2 euros per day up to a maximum of 7 days), the tax is payable at check-in and is not included in the accommodation price booked online.

We offer a transfer service from Faro Airport to the Villa and from the Villa to the airport. (40 euros)

Die Nähe zum Strand ist fantastisch und das Haus ist gepflegt und voll ausgestattet. Parkplatz vor dem Haus, Waschmaschine und neues Bad sind top. Check In verständlich und pünktlich. Check Out unkompliziert. Leider keine Steckdose im Bad, Rollos an den Fenstern sollten mal getauscht werden. Für große Menschen ist das französische Bett etwas zu eng. Unser Wunsch nach einer zusätzlichen Bettdecke wurde leider ignoriert. Alles in Allem aber auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen, da sauber und perfekte Lage zum Strand und Stadt.

A localização é excelente, super perto da praia. Praia ótima (Falésia)A casa está impecavelmente limpa, dispõe de todos os equipamentos necessários numa cozinha. Têm inclusivamente secador!O jardim é muito agradável.A única coisa que apontamos é que devia haver uma solução para tapar a claridade da janela do quarto. Para quem tem dificuldades em dormir com luz, complica. Vamos guardar o contacto, sem dúvida.

uns hat es gut gefallen

Besonders gefallen hat uns der Standort der Wohnung. Sie liegt am Stadtrand von Albufeira, es war sehr ruhig und wenig touristisch. Am Strand, der nur 200m weg liegt, lag jeder in der ersten Reihe, es war sehr entspannt. Wenn man mehr Trubel wollte, konnte man in die Stadt fahren. Für uns war die Lage der Wohnung perfekt und mit ihr war auch alles in Ordnung.

Tolle Lage,in der Vorsaison sehr ruhig

Ein schönes Objekt,alles wie beschrieben. Luis war ein super Hausbetreuer und immer erreichbar. Einziger Wermutstropfen des Hauses: Im März bei sehr viel Regen hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit im Haus. Durch zwei Split-Klimaanlagen und einen Luftentfeuchter im Haus hatten wir aber das Problem relativ gut unter Kontrolle.

Langzeit Urlaub

Wir waren 5 Wochen in der Casa Bella. Die Lage ist top nach ein paar Gehminuten ist man direkt an der schönen Praia da Faresia . Die Casa ist sehr dunkel, feucht und kalt im Treppenaufgang ist ein großer schwarzer Schimmelfleck. Auch im Badezimmer ist es ständig nass ohne Clorsprey wäre schwarzer Schimmel. Zum überwintern nicht geeignet. Das Kochgeschirr ist Teflon Beschichtet und total zerkratzt nicht zu gebrauchen. Im Wohnzimmer die Couch total durchgesessen, der Fernseher veraltet kein deutscher Fernsehsender verfügbar. Der elektrische Kamin ist eine laute Höllenmaschine und bringt keine gewunschte Wärme, die Luftfeuchtigkeit ist immer über 90% beim einschalten des Trockengerätes geht sie erst einmal runter steigt aber wieder schnell an. Der Garten grenzt an die beiden Häuser rechts und links und ist nicht eingezäunt. Wir hatten Glück, und hatten keine Nachbarn. Gemütlich ist die Wohnung nicht, wir würden nicht noch einmal in der Casa Bella Urlaub machen.

The property was in a quiet neighborhood, non-touristy. The location was very near the beach with lots of trails along the cliff top. There was a supermarket within walking distance, also a restaurant and a coffee shop. The locals were very friendly.

Ruhe und Strandnähe

Während unseres Aufenthalts in der Casa Bella waren wir in der Hauszeile ganz alleine, denn ganz offensichtlich waren wir noch völlig außerhalb der Saison hier. Uns gefiel das sehr gut, denn es war ruhig hier und wir konnten die Natur schön genießen. Zum spektakulären Strand mit roten Sandsteinklippen waren es zu Fuß ca. 300 m. Das Ferienhaus hat keine Zentralheizung, nur einzelne Heizstrahler. Dadurch war es die ersten Tage noch recht kühl im Haus. Das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer ist zu weich gepolstert und bietet keinen guten Schlafkomfort. Das Doppelbett im oberen Schlafzimmer ist 140 cm breit und hat gute Liegequalität. Die übrige Ausstattung ist umfassend wie beschrieben in einfachem Standard. Aber wir haben zu zweit gut kochen können. Über Satellitenschüssel ist kein deutsches TV-Programm erhältlich. Aber das WLAN ist super. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen.

Perfect location and a nice place to spend some time

The highlight, of course, is the short distance to one of the best beach spots between Faro and Albufeira. A 5 minute walk one should do as often as possible. The cliffs and the beach are amazing. The house has been very clean and we didn't miss anything. You will find everything you need for cooking and you can enjoy the small balcony on the first floor as well as the garden. In February it might get cold in the evening/night but the heating system works fine in the living area as well as in the bed room. There is enough space to store your personal belongings and clothes. It's a really good place to spend some time, especially in the "quiet season".

Drei Wochen in Falesia

Wir waren insgesamt drei Wochen hier und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft ist für zwei Personen perfekt, ausreichend Platz, schöne Terrasse mit Gartenblick und einer insgesamt sehr guten Ausstattung (Küche, WiFi etc.). Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war unkompliziert und er stand immer für Fragen (z.B. Mietwagen) zur Verfügung. Der kurze Fussweg zum Strand ist natürlich ein Highlight. Ein Mietwagen macht besonders in den Wintermonaten Sinn, da in der näheren Umgebung viele Restaurants und Geschäfte geschlossen haben. Eine aus unserer Sicht durchweg zu empfehlende Unterkunft!
