Equilibrada

De um modo geral foi bom. De realçar como pontos favoráveis a localização e o recheio de eletrodomésticos e loiças. Como pontos menos favoráveis as formigas, a limpeza da casa, as almofadas muito moles. Foi nos dito que havia limpeza e mudanca de toalhas a meio da estadia mas nao se verificou.

Die Anlage ist ausgesprochen schön - sehr ruhig! Das Apartment habe ich jetzt im 3. Jahr wieder gebucht. Es ist voll ausgestattet und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist unschlagbar!

Processo rápido e apartamento amplo

Todo o processo de reserva e check-in / check-out foi bastante rápido e tranquilo. O apartamento tinha áreas amplas, sobretudo a sala o que permite uma estadia "desafogada". A varanda é também um espaço muito agradável.

Besuch in der Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist groß und gut zugeschnitten. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.Leider konnten wir deutsches Fernsehen nicht empfangen. Eine Schüssel auf dem Dach würde das Problem lösen.An verschiedenen Stellen haben wir Zettel geklebt. Hier war etwas nicht in Ordnung. Im großen und ganzen waren wir sehr zufrieden und empfehlen diese Wohnung unseren Freunden weiter.

Boa localização e muito sossegado

Apartamento com muita qualidade e muito bem localizado. Espaço com estacionamento para muito sossegado. O aldeamento é muito bom! Só fazia um upgrade na televisão, porque é um bocado antiga e no ar condicionado que às vezes não era suficiente para combater o calor.

Excelente e tranquilo: 7min a pé da praia

Estivemos (2 adultos e 2 crianças) no apartamento durante 10 dias em Set/15 e passámos umas férias excelentes: a casa é espaçosa, muito limpa e bem equipada, decorada exatamente como nas fotos. As piscinas são ótimas (limpas, envolvente agradável e com espreguiçadeiras em número suficiente). Fica a 7 minutos a pé da praia da Falésia e a 2 minutos a pé do Largo do Pinhal, onde há um supermercado para o essencial (pão quente!) e vários restaurantes. Que mais se pode querer de umas férias de praia?! :-) Unicos senãos a ter em conta para uma família com crianças pequenas: - o acesso à praia faz-se por uma escadaria de madeira, larga e estável, mas pouco prática para quem tenha bebés ou crianças muito pequenas - os relvados da urbanização, grandes e muito arborizados, não podem ser utilizados nem para brincar nem para sentar um pouco à sombra (em suma: não podem ser pisados) A ter em consideração, mas nada que nos impeça de voltar. Fomos muito bem recebidos pelo Sérgio, que está sempre disponível para ajudar em qualquer questão que surja. Recomendamos e voltaremos com grande probabilidade.
