Hotel bom para passar ferias

Gostei muito do hotel esta bem situado, os apartamentos até são bons, e tem os acessórios necessários para uma cozinha. Na área de jacuzzi interior o acesso esta um pouco desagradado e também os botões para ligar também.

Very pleasantly surprised

Although we had booked the hotel shuttle it didn't turn up so it wasn't a good start. Since found that an uber would have been a lot cheaper anyway. When we arrived we were very surprised, pleasantly at the first impression. Reception staff was nice enough but not very present. Our room was very clean and roomy. With modern facilities. The TV however had no English channels and was an old crt with only scart connections so we couldnt hook anything up to it. There is no wifi unless your close to reception, so be prepared. Our room had steps straight down to the pool which was lovely. The fountain came on every night from 8pm for 2 hrs and can be nosey if your relaxing on the patio, which has table and chairs, or indoors. There is a bar, which serves drinks and food poolside a stride away from your apartment. We ate in the restaurant once, the food was OK but I couldn't eat there every night, so take that into consideration if all inclusive. There is a shuttle that takes you to Albufeira every hr from 10am with occasion breaks right up to 11pm which is a definite bonus as the hotel is quite remote. It does 2 stops so you can shop and be done by the time it returns from the beach. That service alone makes the whole experience value for money, as well as making it easy of you want to eat out. All other trips we took an uber which was never more than 5 euros for us.

Staff were nice but the hotel didn't look like a 4 star. Quite old facilities, lots of broken and used marks, bad beds and pillows, few ant problems.

Appartementen goed gelegen indien je bezit over een wagen ter plaatsen. Een goede uitvalsbasis om de streek te ontdekken. Ruim appartement, geen last van lawaai. Alles wat je nodig hebt is ter plaatsen. Aangename locatie.

Péssima não recomendo a ninguém. Após uma primeira analise e de ter falado com o diretor um dia após o check in continuei a verificar problemas a nível de conforto como as camas, os sofás e onde uma criança de 3 anos dormiu, dormiu num parque para bebes sem colchão sem o minimo conforto muito barulho vindo dos quartos vizinhos barulho por altas horas da madrugada sem possibilidade de descanso. TV muito antiga com canais mal sintonizados. resumindo hotel muito fraco para 4 estrelas parado no tempo sem qualquer tipo de investimento.

Attractive hotel

A nice modern hotel with lovely apartments each one with a good size balcony overlooking the pool. Overall the room was really nice though a few small issues. A mouldy bath enclosure, leaky a/c, inadequate drinking glasses and a shower would have been nice-not good for water conservation! There's a shower head but no wall attachment! The restaurant was fine but glad we were not all inclusive as would have got very bored eating there all the time. The entertainment does not cater for English. We did feel a bit excluded as the entertainment staff totally ignored us all week! One warning do not buy drinks in the reception bar. I got stung 10 Euro for a small glass of very cheap and nasty, rough red wine! The hotel is isolated but the shuttle bus is handy although unreliable. If you get stuck a taxi from town is about 8 Euro. No shuttle bus at weekends though or evenings. Very surprised though when we checked out the receptionist did not even bother with a thank you, good bye or have a safe journey!!! A fairly basic skill requirement?!

Todos os dias havia algo novo no que toca a entretenimento, mas o idioma utilizado foi sempre francês!!! Estando em Portugal, vindo do estrangeiro esperava estar em PORTUGAL, contudo esse aspecto foi beliscado. Ó entretenimento era engraçado e as pessoas envolvidas nesses eventos era simpática, mas as crianças ficavam sem perceber nada!!! No restaurante a responsável de sala foi sempre 100% O hotel é bom, recomendo sem qualquer dúvida, mas considerem sempre o ponto referido, porque pode ser um entrave.

Pool holiday

I had read it was away from facilities, but there was a mini mart shop. The shop stock was worse than poor, one frozen pizza and a couple bags dried pasta. No cafés restaurants or bars near, no where to go for a wee walk. We really struggled self catering.The shuttle bus from hotel was good but stoped at 5pm and not on at weekends, we ended up spending a fortune on taxis.there was a small spar at bus stop in town, big supermarkets out on motorways. We really stuggled self catering. The actual hotel was fab and the rooms really big , big balconies and excellent pool. Lovely staff, the taxi drivers were superb. No descent entertainment, very shut off at night.

Good size rooms

The hotel was clean staff very nice, we had self catering room so had facilities in if we needed. Not much outside the grounds but hotel had shuttle bus to shops and restaurants which was very handy.On the last day we found bar small restaurant nearby ,if you take the road on the left side, as if you're heading towards the coast you will see a place on its own, the food was great and prices were fair, its a must.

about ten yearold hotel in quiet area.

daily cleaned adequate appartments by efficient staff,one small bar and one pool bar at this time of year.4times 5day free bus to old town.5minute walk to local friendly bar.20mins walk over green belt to coast,good few bars there and restaurants.for those with cars,,plenty of free parking in secure area.all this in my opinion,,,,,if not happy,,,then go 5star and pay.

Apartotel indigno de 4 estrelas

A piscina interior interior era um lava pés indigno de um hotel de 4 estrelas. A mesa e as cadeiras da varanda estavam gastos e a fibra de vidro causou alergia em contacto com a pele. Reclamamos mas não fizeram nada. Só existia Wi-Fi na recepção. Hoje em dia é inadmissível não haver nos quartos, sobretudo porque os canais de TV eram insuficientes como entretenimento.
