Enjoy your vacation rental at the cosy and comfortable "Natura" villa, a detached property located in a residential area outside the resort Guia. This villa offers amenities such as a Swimming Pool, Yard, Internet Wifi, and Parking, providing you with a comfortable and convenient stay.

Relax by the angular swimming pool (4 x 9 m, depth 115 - 190 cm) available seasonally from January 1 to December 31. Unit Layout
You will stay in a spacious and bright 4-room villa of 102 square meters, with very comfortable and cozy furnishings that can accommodate up to 6 adults. The villa features a lounge with a dining table, TV, and international TV channels with a flat screen, as well as an exit to the terrace and swimming pool. There are three bedrooms: one room with a French bed (140 cm, length 195 cm) and air conditioning, another room with a French bed (145 cm, length 200 cm), a bath/shower/WC, and air conditioning, and a third room with two beds (100 cm, length 195 cm), a bath/shower/WC, and air conditioning.

Amenities Included
The villa is equipped with a kitchen that includes 3 hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, an electric coffee machine, and Capsules for the coffee machine (Dolce Gusto not included). It also offers air conditioning, a washing machine, a barbecue, terrace furniture, and deck chairs. You will have access to WiFi internet and reserved parking at the house during your vacation.

Traditional villa in Guia

A nice villa that is in need of a little TLC. The internet service is almost non existent, unable to browse let alone download. A beautiful pool that would be so much nicer if it was heated. A guest information pack in the villa would be useful too.
