Short but sweet

The house was just as advertised...large, clean, close to shops and restaurants, 10 minute walk to the beach! We were only there for a few days and it ws the perfect location for our daily outings.

Late Summer Family Holiday

The property was lovely and as advertised. Location is superb with a short stroll into the village or a longer walk into Albufeira. We used Uber taxis to get into Albufeira for about 6 euros, and to Vilamoura for about 12 euros. Plenty of space and never felt we were on top of one another. The Soft Caffe is 10 seconds from the property and the breakfasts were lovely. Would recommend this property.

Convenient villa within walking distance to amenities.

We had a nice week in Portugal. Some of the rooms have been beautifully refurbished and I imagine the kitchen will follow soon. Sometimes had issues with hot water which was a bit frustrating, prob because there were a few of us getting ready at same time. Was great to be able to walk to supermarket and eateries. We walked to beach most days as pool didn’t get any sun in Autumn time and was freezing. Kids braved it couple of times. Taxis are very cheap (download local taxi app) and we visited Albuferia and Vilamoura for a few euros. Spent most of our evenings sitting outside chatting because it was warm. We were lucky it was unseasonably hot for October so managed a water park also. Defo a villa if you don’t want to drive. Only €40 for taxi to airport. Any issues were dealt with fairly quickly and villa manager responded to texts within an hour.

Beautiful villa!

Lovely location with beaches and restaurants a short walk away. Villa was superb, with everything you could possibly need, and we really couldn't ask for more!

Five Star Villa

The photographs of this property don’t do it justice! It really is a five star villa! The villa is furnished with high end furniture and the beds are extremely comfortable. It’s 5/10 minutes walk from all the restaurants of Olhos D’Agua. The private pool was brilliant. The kids stayed in it from morning to night! Gardeners called twice during our stay to upkeep the garden and pool. The only negative was the Wifi, it’s none existent. We tried to use Netflix on a few occasions but due to the poor internet were unable. It didn’t bother us really as you don’t go on holiday to watch TV! This really is a high quality villa and we really enjoyed our stay

Beautiful villa wouldn’t hesitate to return

Just returned from 10 days in this stunning villa and would not hesitate to return. 3-4 minute walk from good sized supermarket and 10-15 mins to Olhos de Agua centre and the beach. The villa was clean and well presented and had had a lovely paint job since these pics were taken and the villa is now a lovely green. Slight downside was the strength of the Wi-Fi as couldn’t get access on any devices and it took an age for anything to load on the tv - not necessarily what we were on holiday for but good for checking emails and for the kids to cool off inside with when needed. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Moradia confortável e com bom exterior.

A moradia é muito confortável, com boas áreas, boa piscina e bom exterior. Casas de banho renovadas. Cozinha a precisar de ajustes, mas suficiente para a nossa estadia. Avaliação geral positiva. Localização muito boa para acesso a pé a restaurantes e zona de Olhos de Água.
