Design Villa Pascoal - Albufeira

This luxury and new Townhouse is divided in two floors, has 2 private parking places outside the villa and a big garden with a nice private swimming pool facing South. The villa has a wide view on Albufeira. On the ground floor, we find a deluxe and modern kitchen, a living and dining room facing the garden, with direct pool access, a double bedroom and a bathroom with tub.
Climbing to the first floor
We reach the first floor through modern and wide stairs we find a double-bedded room, a bathroom with shower and a modern suite. The suite has a big double bed, a bathroom with a double shower and a lovely balcony with table and chairs to relax overviewing the city of Albufeira.
Getting back to the ground floor we can find a nice garden with private swimming pool, sun lounges and shades.
The living room has a luxurious lounge area with sofas, cable TV and free WIFI. The dining area has air conditioning, a dinner table, chairs and air conditioning.
The modern kitchen is fitted with modern and top quality equipment: electric ceramic hob, exhaust fan, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, washing machine and dishwasher. The villa has solar panels. For your comfort and safety, the house is equipped with electric shutters, electric gate, armoured door and video intercom.
On the ground floor, there is a double-bedded room with air conditioning and a bathroom with tub.
Getting to the first floor we can a double-bedded room with air conditioning and a bathroom with double shower. At last we find a modern and luxurious suite with a big double bed, air conditioning, a design bathroom with double shower and a nice balcony facing south with table and chairs for relaxing moments with a wide city view.
In case the villa is used by children it’s available, upon request, a baby chair and a baby cot. There is also available in the villa a first aid kit, iron and iron board.

This Design Villa is in Vale Pedras area, near Albufeira city centre and the Aveiros / Inatel / Inatel beaches. Less than 1Km away you can find two Pingo Doce Supermarkets and ATM machines. Around 200m away from the property there is Maxi Pizza Restaurant, Bar Il Café and two city bus “Giro” stops. Should you prefer a livelier area, around 1,5km away (around 4mns by car) you can find the always busy strip in Oura with the most famous bares and discos.
