Great location and views

A very nice villa just on the outskirts of Albufeira, directly on the beach with pathway down. Incredible views and well furnished, with everything you could need. This is our second time here and we loved it, especially the walks along the beach into town. It also has some great beach restaurants nearby.

Special birthday with friends

Visited Albufeira for the 1st time with girlfriends to celebrate our birthdays. We had a wonderful time thanks to Isabelle and her beautiful villa. The location was perfect~ walking distance to many restaurants, beach etc. The Villa itself was even better than the photos, spent many hours around the pool or on the deck overlooking the ocean. We golfed a few times, visited local towns and sites. Saw the coast from the water. If we needed anything in the Villa, Isabelle was quick to respond. Highly recommend for those looking for a special holiday with friends.

Filthy, disgusting, dilapidated

This property is the worst place I have stayed, hotel or private rental. What was supposed to be a special family occasion turned out to be disastrous. My niece left on day 3 after watching one rat eat another alive next to the swimming pool (i have video). The stone round about the pool area was cracked and uneven which we cut our feet on (i have photographs). My brother and his wife left on day 4 due to the disgusting smell in the lower ground bedrooms and shower areas, undoubtedly caused by dampness, though the owner said it was the septic tank (like that made it ok ?!). On arrival, day 1 I was shocked at the dirt and disgusting state of the property inside and out. I complained immediately. The owner sent round cleaners and people to hose down the dirt in the eating and sitting area outside and next to the pool. One of the toilet seats was discoloured and filthy. The owner sent a replacement on day 2. The curtain blinds were falling off the wall, the owner sent someone to fix them on day 3. By this time we had witnessed rats running around the pool area. This was when my niece left the property. Inside, the house was in really dated, badly in need of redecoration. The walls/woodwork were dirty and marked, clearly had not seen no paint or upgrade in many, many years. When my brother and his wife left on day 4, he commented that the property was "not fit for purpose" which probably sums it up. I have presented photo/vid evidence to VRBO. Now seeking compensation.

Amazing

If you’re looking for a lovely villa away from the hustle and bustle this villa is just the place. The villa is well equipped and very clean, the outside area is just perfect with the beach a stones throw away. We couldn’t recommend this enough.

The villa is magnific its situation and view amazing, just an extraordinary feeling. The villa is tastefully well equipped and decorated. We spent fantastic week in family with the possibility to spend time in swimming pool, jacuzzi or sea situated just front the villa using a way to go directly to the beach (when you have child it’s very convenient). I will come back!!!
