This frontline two bedroom apartment is located in the heart of the colourful Albufeira marina, with spectacular views over the marina and across the harbour to the sea. The marina hosts several bars and restaurants, along with activities including boat trips, Segway rides, indoor bowling and indoor go-karts - all on the doorstep to the apartment.
Air conditioning provided to lounge and both bedrooms. Internet WiFi included.
The apartment comfortably sleeps 4 to 5 people with two separate bedrooms (possible for a further person on a sofa bed in lounge, ask for details). There are two bathrooms, both containing sink, toilet and shower, one also has a bath and bidet.
The large lounge is equipped with comfortable seating and entertainment including flat screen TV, Bluray/DVD player along with an assortment of board games and books. A guest safe is also available for use (free of charge).
A large dining table and chairs gives spectacular views of the marina whilst dining and outside seating is available on the apartments two balconies.
The kitchen is equipped with a range of appliances including fridge & freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Cooking appliances include electric oven, gas hob and microwave. A kettle, toaster and iron are also provided.
A spacious shared pool provides somewhere to sunbathe (loungers provided) and to take a swim to cool off from the Algarve sunshine.
The apartment is located on the second floor, with elevator access, intercom, CCTV and 24 hour security guard patrols. The apartment also features centrally monitored smoke/fire alarms and fire blanket and extinguisher.
This apartment has been furnished and equipped with premium brand electricals from Sony, Bosch & Siemens.
Location is ideal being only 40 minute transfer from Faro airport.
The apartment is walking distance, along the sea front, to the old town with its many bars, cafes, restaurants and fisherman's beach area. Taxi and bus stops are available directly outside the apartment complex. There are two large supermarkets within easy reach as well as several smaller shops. Salgados Golf Course is ten minutes drive away.
Optional extras are available (additional costs may be incurred) including baby cots, high chairs and private secure car parking.
When renting apartments in Portugal look for the owners rental licence number known as the “alojamento local” this ensures the apartment meets minimum safety standards and is suitable for holiday letting. This apartment is registered with the number of 25673 / AL.
Albufeira council have introduced a tourist tax, which applies to all visitors to the region (apartments, hotels, B&B's). Guests who make a reservation after May 21st 2024 will be required to pay a tourist tax. This is charged at 2 euro per night/per adult or child aged over 12, for a maximum of 7 nights.
The tourist tax is not included in the cost of the property booking and will need to be paid before arrival, you will be sent a link to make the payment.
Guests arriving after 22:00 hours will incur a late check-in fee of 25 euros (payable after booking)
