A spacious apartment, conceived within high standards of comfort and quality. Fully equipped, with a modern, functional decoration and excellent natural lighting thanks to the generous balcony that surrounds the living room and bedrooms.

It stands out for its balance between quality, price and excellent location.



Located in Herdade dos Salgados, Vila das Lagoas is a private condominium with 24-hour security service, next to the Golf Course and Salgados Beach, where you will find the ideal environment for your family holidays.



This apartment is located on the 1st floor, with an elevator and consists of an entrance hall, living and dining room, kitchenette, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with bathtub and balcony and has private parking with a garage space on the -1 floor.



The room has 2 environments, the living area and the dining area. In the living area, you will find the sofa, two armchairs that convert into extra beds, and it is equipped with TV and air conditioning. Between the living area and the kitchenette is the dining table.



The kitchenette is very functional and completely equipped with Zanussi appliances, which guarantee the quality of meal preparation.

When not in use, the kitchenette can be fully closed with sliding doors for greater space comfort.



The room has a double bed, has shutters to the balcony, air conditioning and a built-in wardrobe. This apartment has one bathroom.



The balcony offers outdoor furniture, with a table and chairs to enjoy breakfast outdoors with a view of the pools and garden.



The capacity of this apartment is 4 adults. For babies, we have a travel cot and high chair available upon request. We inform you that the travel cot does not include sheets.



A private condominium near the beach, perfect for families, also offers a set of leisure facilities such as restaurants and bars, an 18-hole golf course, and the Salgados nature reserve.



The common areas of the development most sought after are the gardens and swimming pools, it has leisure areas such as the 7 pools with a Snack-bar supporting the pools, it also has a children's pool located right in front of the bar, so parents can relax while monitoring their children's pool activities, it also has enormous grassy gardens, with olive trees that provide natural shade.



The swimming pools are distributed throughout the development and are a great complement to spend the end of the afternoon after a day at the beach, it is a delicious sensation and the water temperature usually ranges around 24º, satisfying the most sensitive to cold.



The garden with good sun exposure and equipped with sun loungers and parasols, ends up being the ideal environment for tanning and relaxing. Given its extensive area, it is also the perfect place for children's games and running around.
