Great hotel, exactly that you’d expect for the price. Right on the new town strip, yes it is loud, however that would be expected based on the location. Lovely pool, restaurant area. Really friendly staff, check in was super easy. Would definitely recommend a pool view room!

Stayed in the suite 152 aircon very minimal impact. Nightclub just outside closes at 3 but that’s why you’re in this hotel! Top stay just needs aircon blasting

Le monsieur et les filles à l’accueil adorable par contre un autre habiller plus classe qui est souvent au bar intérieur désagréable et hautain au possible peu être le responsable ? pour faire la fête c’est l’endroit parfait ! Petit déjeuner … bon sans commentaire vraiment pas très bon sinon je reste c’était ok 👌

Great location for the main strip. Staff were generally friendly throughout with no complaints Be mindful you have to pay €100 deposit for "damage protection" just in case you are unaware. Rooms were basic, but cleaned each day with fresh towels and beds made. However, the breakfast was not to my liking, but still found something to eat. Hot and cold options available including, cereal fruit, yoghurt, eggs, beans toast, sausage and bacon. Can't fault it really due to the location in the centre of the strip.

The air conditionning are not working. I changed room two times and still not working. They give me a fan... A lot of noise from the street between 10pm to 4 am....each night!

So this hotel is in excellent for the night life. It's clean and for the price paid I am not complaining. Of course for things like breakfast you are getting what you are paying for. If you looking for best located hotel for nightlife I would recommend. Just don't expect anything special.

We felt like the reception staff were really polite and welcoming to the hotel. Gave us a pool facing room so it wasn’t as loud which was a good touch. The hotel room was actually really nice, bed was comfy, loads of plugs in convenient locations! Bathroom was very modern. Our only issue was the aircon was absolutely horrendous, that needs updating ASAP. We did then ask for a fan and got a few hours later which allowed us to actually fall asleep because the room was boiling. I think something is up with the door to open your balcony but didn’t bother us too much was just worried we’d end up breaking it cause you have to yank it, could do with being fixed! The pool area was really nice, was regularly cleaned for rubbish and had a nice vibe to it. The food and drinks were quite expensive at the pool bar but then again it is a hotel right on the strip so what can you expect. If the air con was better and prices were slightly cheaper I’d probably give it a 5 out of 5 star stay! Would definitely stay again. Definitely better than expected! Thank you for accommodating a lovely stay for our first time in Portugal!

We turned up and thought we had been pranked. The room was boiling hot and no air con. When I spoke to reception regarding air con they said they will come and have a look however they did not. We had no fridge in the room to keep our water cool. We had towels which had disgusting brown marks on them and the overall floor was grotty and disgusting. The hotel security at night time are rude and one even followed me in to my room at night until I told him to leave. The bar staff are the only good thing about this hotel.
