Villa Serena is a stunning 4-bedroom villa, situated in well-maintained gardens with a private pool, in a tranquil area, just minutes from Guia village and beaches. A true retreat for family or friends' holidays.



On the ground floor, there are 2 en-suite double rooms (one with a bathtub, the other with a shower), along with a fully equipped kitchen. The spacious living/dining room includes a sofa, armchairs, mini bar, and TV.



On the first floor, there is 1 en-suite double room (bathtub) and 1 en-suite twin room (shower), plus a perfect terrace for relaxing. The property offers free Wi-Fi and air conditioning.



The outdoor area features an outdoor dining table, sun loungers, a gas barbecue, and a private pool (heatable as an optional extra), surrounded by enchanting gardens.



Villa Serena is a 5-minute drive from Algarve Shopping, with various shops, restaurants, and a large supermarket.



The city of Albufeira, with its colourful marina, historic centre, Fishermen's Beach, Strip, and vibrant nightlife, is just a 10-minute drive away.

The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 250 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).

From the 9th to the 12th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
