The villa is very well located and very spacious. The driveway is interesting, but easy enough once you have driven up and down it a few times. The pool is great and the grounds very well maintained. Great indoor facilities and outdoor areas. Will definitely consider staying again in the future.

Wir haben unsere 3-wöchige Elternzeit in dem Haus verbracht. Mit Baby und Großeltern. Sehr positiv: Pool, wöchentliche Reinigung des Hauses, zwei große Kühlschränke, Badezimmer, Parkmöglichkeit mit mehreren Autos auf dem Gelände, Größe des Hauses und Anzahl der Zimmer, schöne GartenanlageNegativ: Lage des Hauses (permanente Straßengeräusche durch Autos, Busse, LKWs und Motorräder. Ist leider sehr störend, auch nachts),Kommunikation mit den Ansprechpartnern vor Ort (keine Englisch-Kenntnisse, alles nur sehr sporadisch erklärt und teilweise genervt bei Nachfragen. Hausmeister allerdings sehr nett und bei Beanstandungen direkt reagiert)Fazit: sehr schönes Haus mit tollem Pool und Garten, für kürzere Aufenthalte empfehlenswert, ansonsten mir persönlich leider zu laut mit dem ständigen Verkehr direkt am Kreisel an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße.

The property was lovely, spacious and very clean.The location was perfect for getting into Albufeira and to the beach (Praia d'Olhos de Agua was fantastic and only a 20 min walk). The property is on a roundabout so it wasn't quiet during the day but it didn't really affect our experience overall.The check in was a little unclear. We didn't receive any instructions before arrival (as was indicated on Vrbo's site) and despite several messages to the host I didn't get a reply so we arrived not knowing whether we could get into the property or not. Thankfully, when we did pull up, there was an envelope pinned to the front gate so it turned out fine but it was slightly worrying up until that point.Overall, a fantastic property though and we would recommend it!

Semaine de vacances agréables

Maison située dans le rd point, sinon correspond à l'annonce. Propriétaire sérieux et réactif. À notre arrivée la clim était défectueuse. 48h après c'était résolu. Nous avons passé une bonne semaine en vacances. Prévoir véhicule car les commerces et plages ne sont pas à proximité. (2/3kms environ)

Lovely villa

The bills was lovely,great garden and pool,a little disappointed there was no milk or salt and pepper ect , villa is lovely the traffic noise is constant as it is right by a roundabout,but the lovely songs of the birds help, my only criticism is the B,BQ is at the front of the villa and no where near pool and kitchen,but on the whole a lovely place to stay with family and friends for 2 weeks. I would advise to rent a car as we did and found some lovely restaurants on the coast and inland, enjoy

Attention annonce mensongère sur l'emplacement!

L'adresse de la maison est fausse. Le lieu de vie de cette maison est situé carrément sur un rond point avec une circulation très importante et surtout très bruyante. Il est impossible de profiter tranquillement de la terrasse et de la piscine, ainsi que de garder les fenêtres ouvertes. Ce qui est anormal c'est que l'adresse est donnée volontairement fausse dans le but de tromper le client. L'adresse donnée sur le site est le 121a estrada do Toy 70 alors que l'adresse réelle est le 121 estrada do Toy 70. Regardez avec Google map et vous comprendrez la tromperie. L'implantation du lieu de vie de la maison 121a est éloigné du rond point et surtout vous protège du bruit contrairement au 121. En revanche la maison est grande, agréable et très propre. Elle est bien équipée et la literie est excellente. La personne de l'accueil, bien que gênée par la situation est réactive.

Excellent, high quality property in a great location. 10 min walk to town and taxis easily available at 5 mins notice once you have local taxi number. On main road but traffic noise not an issue. Beautiful, well kept pool and gardens. Would definitely stay again.

Villa magnifique et parfaitement équipée

C'était parfait. Pour aller à la plage il suffit de 5 mn de voiture, ainsi que pour faire les courses. La villa est magnifique et l'extérieur aussi, fleuri et très beau. C'est un endroit tranquille et la circulation ne dérange pas du tout. On a profité au maximum de la belle piscine et de la terrasse. Juste un petit bémol.... on serait bien restés plus longtemps....

Schönes Haus in "falscher" Lage

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig. Terrasse, Pool und Garten sind sehr schön. Die Inneneinrichtung ist eher lieblos und karg gehalten. Die Einrichtung der Schlafzimmer besteht aus Bett und Kleiderschrank, kleine Leuchten gab es insgesamt 2 für 3 Schlafzimmer, ansonsten wie in jedem Raum ungemütliches weißes Deckenlicht. Die Betten knarzten bei jeder kleinen Bewegung. Bei den oberen Bädern kam permanent ein schlimner Geruch aus Waschbecken und Bodenentwässerung. Außer der Wäsche-Ausstattung stand für die Küche keine Grundausstattung wie Spül-Tabs, Spülmittel, Lappen, Küchenpapier etc. zur Verfügung. Es gab nur ein Schneidebrett, was allerdings schon sehr unansehnlich war. Das Haus wird für bis zu 8 Erwachsene empfohlen, wir waren zu viert und froh, 4 gleiche Teller im Küchenschrank gefunden zu haben. Bei 4 gleichen Gläsern hörte es schon auf. Positiv waren die 2 großen Kühlschränke inkl. Gefrierfächern. Die Lage ist für Ausflüge ideal, auch die Nähe zum Flughafen Faro und zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wer aber Ruhe sucht, ist hier völlig fehl am Platze. Das Haus steht an einem stark befahrenen Kreisverkehr, der Autolärm ist permanent zu hören: beim Essen auf der Terasse, beim Baden im Pool, beim Sonnen und vor allem nachts. Schlafen bei offenem Fenster ist nicht möglich.

Belle villa très agréable !

Nous avons passé deux excellents semaines dans cette villa spacieuse, bien équipée et bien située géographiquement. Le propriétaire est réactif et le ménage a été fait à la fin de la première semaine. Nous avons bien profité de la grande piscine. Seul point noir au tableau, la proximité d'un rond point qui occasionne des nuisances sonores.
