Additional Rules and Necessary Information:



Security Deposit:



If you are a guest under 25 years old or part of a party group, we kindly ask for a security deposit at check-in of 100 euros per person on the day of your arrival. This payment is in cash and will be refunded via bank transfer within 1 working week after check-out. In case of damages during your stay, the value will be calculated, communicated in advance, and reimbursed after assessment.

Check-in and Check-out:



Check-in: 4 PM

Check-out: 10 AM

Early check-in may be possible if there is no outgoing guest on your arrival day. Confirmation is closer to the arrival date, typically 2/3 days before, along with check-in information provided by our Check-in/Check-out department.

Additional Guests:



Guests can increase the group size upon arrival. This requires an extra bed, sheets, and towels. The cost for each additional person is 150 euros per week.

Extra Towels and Sheets:



Extra towels or sheets can be provided at an additional cost upon request.

Airport Transfer:



We can arrange airport transfers upon prior request.

Extended Stays:



For stays exceeding 25 days, typically during the winter season, we request payment for the electricity bill, calculated based on the property type.

Not Provided:



We do not supply kitchen condiments, cleaning products, or personal hygiene items.
