The Brisbane Apartment is a modern and bright 2-bedroom apartment (4+2 guests), located on the first floor of the building in Forte São João. Just 300 meters from Alemães Beach, it offers access to a large common pool, sun loungers, and well-maintained gardens. Located between the old and new areas of Albufeira, it is close to supermarkets, restaurants, bars, and beaches.



The two bedrooms are comfortable, both with 2 single beds that can be converted into a double bed and built-in wardrobes. The master bedroom has a sea view and a private bathroom, while the second bedroom has a pool view. There is also a second bathroom with a shower.



The open-space area has been fully renovated and integrates the equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room with TV. The balcony is perfect for outdoor meals or a sunset drink. The kitchen includes a coffee machine, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, and a counter with stools for breakfast.



The apartment includes free Wi-Fi, air conditioning in bedrooms and living room, and private parking in the complex.



The location is ideal for relaxing holidays, close to everything you need. The famous Oura Street (10 min walk) offers the best nightlife in Albufeira, while the Old Town is a 20-minute walk away.



Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.



If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).



Group deposit: € 150 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).



Please note that the occupancy for this property is 4 guests.

From the 5th to the 7th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.



In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
