This charming villa, located in Albufeira, Portugal, is spacious and well-equipped, providing a perfect combination of comfort, functionality and tranquillity for an unforgettable stay. Here are some of its main features:
ROOMS
The villa has four rooms, accommodating up to 10 people. The main suite has a comfortable double bed and a private bathroom for greater privacy. Two of the other rooms also have double beds and private balconies, while the remaining room offers two single beds and a private balcony.
LIVING ROOM
The spacious living room, open to the dining area, has access to a charming terrace, perfect for meals and relaxation. For guests who need to work, there is a desk available in the living room.
KITCHEN
The independent vitroceramic kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities, such as fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, electric jug and juicer. Additionally, the kitchen offers an inviting view of the pool area.
LAUNDRY ROOM
Adjacent to the kitchen, there is a laundry room equipped with a large fridge and a washing machine. This area also offers access to a covered barbecue area, ideal for cooking and dining outdoors.
PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL
The property features a spacious enclosed private swimming pool, with dimensions of 10m by 5m, perfect for refreshing and enjoying the hot Algarve climate.

The villa includes outdoor parking for several cars, ensuring convenience for guests.

Located in a well-connected area and in the urban centre, the villa is just 200m from the city of Albufeira, the Pingo Doce supermarket and the "Lá em Casa" restaurant, and 250m from the Continente supermarket. The beautiful sandy beaches, such as "Praia da Oura" and "Praia dos Pescadores," are 2km away, while "Praia de Arrifes" is 4km away. Other nearby amenities include the Albufeira bus terminal (4km), the Balaia Golfe Village golf course (5km), the Ferreiras - Albufeira train station (6km) and the Salgados golf course (10km). For family entertainment, the Zoomarine theme park and the Aqua Show water park are both 25km away. Faro airport is 30km away.
