The Ipanema 1 Apartment is an excellent and well-decorated 2-bedroom apartment, located in the Quinta Pedra dos Bicos complex. This location is one of its great attributes as it offers proximity to everything you might need to relax on holiday with your family.



Accommodating 5 + 1 people, this wonderful apartment features 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and another with 3 single beds) and 2 bathrooms (one with a bathtub and shower, and another with separate bathtub and shower). The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils, there is also a well-decorated living/dining room and several balconies with tables and chairs, where you can enjoy a meal or a drink, taking advantage of the wonderful Algarvian sun.



In this beautiful complex, a short walk from the apartment, you will find a large swimming pool and well-maintained gardens, where you can sit, relax, and enjoy sunbathing around the pool.



Given its excellent location on a quiet street in Santa Eulália, this apartment is just a few minutes' walk from one of the main streets of the city, where you can find a wide range of shops, restaurants, bars, banks, supermarkets, and the famous Oura Street in Albufeira.



Car rental is not necessary, but if you prefer, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.



If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).



Group deposit: € 150 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).



Please note that the occupancy for this property is 5 guests.

Spacious and comfortable apartment in a great location

We had a fantastic stay at the Ipanema 1 Apartment. The place is very spacious, ideal for families or groups, and the layout made our stay very comfortable. The bedrooms are large and the beds were great for a good night's . Having two full bathrooms was especially useful. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, and the balconies were a lovely bonus, perfect for breakfast or a relaxing drink in the afternoon sun. The swimming pool area is beautiful and peaceful, surrounded by well-kept gardens. The location is also spot on, with restaurants, shops, and the beach all just a short walk away. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Albufeira.

Ideal family apartment near everything

Our experience at the Ipanema Apartment was excellent. It’s a well-furnished and clean apartment with lots of natural light. The living and dining area is cozy and welcoming, and the multiple balconies make it easy to enjoy the outdoors without even leaving the apartment. We especially appreciated the kitchen being so well-equipped, and the whole space felt very homely. The pool in the complex was a highlight for us, calm and well maintained. The location is very convenient, just a few minutes from supermarkets, restaurants, and even Oura Street. It was great to have everything within walking distance while still enjoying the peace and quiet of the area. We would love to return!
