Additional rules and important information



Damage deposit: all guests must leave a deposit of 100€ per person at check-in, paid in cash or by card. It will be refunded within 14 working days after check-out, by bank transfer, if no damages exist.

In case of damages, we will communicate the value in advance and only the corresponding amount will be withheld.



Check-in: from 4 PM

Check-out: until 10 AM

Early check-in late check-out: subject to availability and confirmed only 2 to 3 days before arrival.



Extra people: it is possible to add guests with an extra bed, bedding, and towels.

150€ per person week



Pet Friendly pets allowed with prior notice.

Extra cleaning fee: 50€



Towels and bedding according to housing capacity. Extras can be provided upon request.
