Villa Turtle Beach is a charming holiday home located in a prime area in the center of Albufeira, ideal for those seeking comfort, sea views and easy access to the main attractions of the city.



The living and dining area is spacious and bright, with direct access to the outdoor terrace and views over the pool, creating a pleasant space for socialising and relaxing.



On the ground floor there is a twin bedroom, offering a practical and comfortable option for guests on this level.



On the first floor there are two twin bedrooms and one double bedroom, supported by a bathroom with shower, providing functionality and comfort for this level of the house.



On the second floor there is a double bedroom with two bathrooms with shower, offering a more private and comfortable space. The terrace on this floor provides lovely views over the sea and the city.



The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing meals to be prepared easily during the stay.



Outside, the property features a private heatable pool (extra cost), outdoor dining areas and a barbecue, ideal for enjoying the Algarve climate.



Located in the heart of Albufeira, the villa is very close to the beach, the historic centre, the marina, as well as restaurants, bars and local shops.



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).

Spectacular Sea-View

Our recent holiday in Albufeira was nothing short of extraordinary. Situated in an ideal location, just a short walk from Albufeira's charming old town, the villa offered the perfect blend of convenience and breathtaking scenery. The proximity to Albufeira's old town allowed us to explore its vibrant streets and lively atmosphere with ease. Attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, they ensured our experience was seamless and tailored to our preferences. Their recommendations for local gems and activities enriched our time in Albufeira. Albufeira itself proved to be a delightful destination. The combination of picturesque beaches and a welcoming atmosphere made it an ideal place for a holiday. Perfectly located villa

Party of four adults, four older teenagers and three eleven year olds. Ample sleeping space and bathrooms. All except the downstair bedroom has aircon. Pool a good size even with all the older kids in. Some evenings we stayed in for dinner. The living area is large, our only gripe was there only being one sofa. Sometimes you just want to all chill out and sitting on the hard dining chairs all evening wasnt fun. So yeh, extra sofas for all the family would be great. Theres a nice rooftop terrace, great for an early morning coffee overlooking the sea. We had a couple of minor maintenance issues which were resolved super quickly with the team. We could whatapp any issues or questions and get immediate replies which was superb. Location of the villa is perfect. We didnt have a car nor need one. There is a supermarket a couple of mins walk away that is reasonably priced and had everything we needed. A lovely beach ten mins walk. Of an evening we walked to old town in around 15mins, an abundance of lovely restaurants. A couple of nights we continued our walk a little further into the new town. For anything further a field such as waterparks we used an uber. The only other thing to be mindful of is the villa is on a small hill. We used the backgate instead, however that does require using stairs. If you prefer, you can walk round the corner from the villa and catch the little train . We used this to go to the marina. Overall this was a great size and location for us all.

Great villa in a fantastic location

First of all this villa is in the best location. It is a 10 minute walk one way to the old town, and 10 minutes the other way to the marina. It is across the road from a supermarket, cafe and the Arte Bar which is a fantastic place, entertainment every night and amazing food. The villa has lots of space and it well equipped. The management company were fantastic and answered all our questions within an hour of two and the two things we requested were there the following day. There are a few things that could do with an update or a bit of TLC. The wardrobes and drawers have seen better days, you need to have your whetabix in the morning to be able to open them. There were only 4 of us and I would say the new lounge furniture is not the greatest (it's changed from the photos)... the new "couch" is very uncomfortable and the 2 whicker chairs are even worse to sit on. Also, the dining chairs could do with some cushions... but these are trivial things and wouldn't stop me going back. There was a hole in the floor of the swimming pool, we had to top up the water level every day but we understand that it will be a big job to fix it and the management company said it was planned to be done in the closed season. The furniture on the roof terrace needs to be thrown out and new furniture purchased as it is all broken and dangerous. But there are plenty of white plastic chairs by the pool you could use if you wanted to sit on the roof terrace. For the price this villa is excellent.

Mooi huis, netjes, alles in de buurt

Fijn en schoon huis. Goede bedden (wel wat hard). Supermarkt om de hoek. Het stadscentrum en het strand op 5-10 minuutjes lopen. Een kleine opmerking is dat de deuren van de slaapkamers een beetje klemmen, en dat het huis iets meer gehorig is (omdat op alle vloeren tegels liggen). Maar dit was voor ons niet hinderlijk. Er waren ruim voldoende handdoeken, ook 1 extra voor bij het zwembad. Communicatie met de huisbeheerder verliep prima.
