Modern villa in Albufeira with stunning sea views and walking distance to the beach for up to 14 people.

This villa was completely renovated in 2019 and beautifully decorated in a modern style. From different terraces there is a beautiful view over the port of Albufeira and the ocean beyond. The villa is located just at the start of Albufeira, 1.5 km from the famous beach of Albufeira and the old town. The location makes it possible to enjoy the lively Albufeira, but also to relax by the villa and the swimming pool. The villa is perfect for families who want to enjoy a wonderful relaxing holiday.

GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE: (from 18 to 25 years old)
Groups with young people are allowed, but only if this is clearly stated in advance and under strict conditions. Below the most important conditions:
- No items may be thrown into the swimming pool that do not belong there, such as beer bottles, garden chairs, etc..
- Music is only allowed with normal volume, so that neighbors are not a nuisance.
- Parties are not allowed in the villa.
- No more people are allowed than indicated on the voucher
- Any damage must be reported immediately to the villa manager
- Groups of young people pay a deposit of € 1000 or if it is more than 10 people, € 100 per person.
- If the villa is not treated with respect and one of the above rules is violated, the group must leave the villa and the full deposit will be retained and no refund will be possible.


Accommodation: 12 + 2 people, 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms
From the entrance on the street you reach the terrace at the main entrance via 6 steps.
Entrance: spacious hall with guest toilet, football table, access to the living room, kitchen and stairs.
Living room: 2 comfortable sofa couches with a large flat screen TV. Access to the front terrace, with a wonderful lounge set and with beautiful sea views. Dining table with chairs, access to the pool terrace. Access to the kitchen. Living room has air conditioning.
Kitchen: modern kitchen with electric hob, toaster, kettle, coffee maker from Dolce Gusto (cups), large fridge / freezer combination.
Bedroom 1: two single beds (0.90 x 2.00) and bathroom en-suite. Air conditioning.

First floor:
Bedroom 2: double bed (1.60 x 2.00) with bathroom en-suite, sofa bed with TV, access to a private terrace with a view of the sea. Air conditioning.
Bedroom 3: double bed (1.60 x 2.00) with en-suite bathroom and access to a private terrace with a sea view. Air conditioning.
Bedroom 4: double bed (1.40 x 1.90) with en-suite bathroom and private terrace overlooking the pool. Air conditioning.
Bedroom 5: single bed (0.90 x 1.90), view of the swimming pool. Shares bathroom with bedroom 6. Air conditioning.
Bedroom 6: 3 single beds (0.90 x 1.90), view of the swimming pool. Shares bathroom with bedroom 5. Air conditioning.
An extra bed can be placed in bedroom 2 and 3 on request and at an additional cost. (for the 13th and 14th person)

Second floor: Laundry room with large washing machine for 17 kg.

Outside (front): Terrace on the ground floor at the front with beautiful views over the port of Albufeira and the sea beyond.
On the first floor, the bedrooms at the front both have a terrace with a beautiful view of the ocean.
On the second floor there is another kind of roof terrace with a beautiful view.
Outside (back): Swimming pool of 9 x 4.5 meters, of 80 cm -160 cm, with Roman steps. Around the pool there are 10 sun loungers available and a parasol. There are enough shade spots available. A large outdoor table with 12 or, if desired, 14 chairs. Large barbecue with a sink, water and 2 sockets.
The double bedroom at the back has a private terrace with views over the flat country of Albufeira.
