Lovely villa. fabulous service

We were well looked after by Helen, Pedro & the team of cleaners. The villa was homely and comfortable. The grounds and pool were great fun, well maintained and safe. Although the villa canopy provided some shade a couple of sunshadesumbrellas would have been ideal. A couple of the bed mattresses weren't the best quality and were difficult to sleep on.

Perfect Villa, couldn’t fault it at all

We spent 7 nights here. Absolutely loved it. Lovely and spacious, clean and fully equipped Villa. 10-15 min stroll to local restaurants. 20 mins walk to supermarket. 20-25 min walk to local beach ( Bit hilly in places ) Towels changed half way through our stay. We would definitely book this Villa again

Another amazing holiday

We have just returned from a 2 week stay in Villa Dolce Vita. This is the 2nd time that we have used Villasduma and can say that yet again they have surpassed all our expectations. The villa was beautiful and in a great location. As usual the attention to detail from the team was excellent from the welcome at airport pick up and arrival at the villa, the housekeeping team, the pool man and Luis who was always happy to help. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone interested in visiting the Algarve. Very professional and the villas are of a very high standard.

Luxury and great service

We stayed (family of 4) at the end of Oct '17. The whole service and communication from Helen was great from beginning to end. From the booking communication, the greeting on arrival, rapid response to any enquiry throughout the week, and even after the holiday, Helen provided us with a warm, friendly, knowledgable and super-helpful service. It is because of her that we will definitely return. The house itself was beautiful, very spaceous, modern amenities and extremely well maintained. The whole trip was everything we had hoped for, thank you again to Helen and the whole team.

Amazing villa and an amazing company

This is the third time of using Villas Duma and the second time at this villa The villa is exceptional and has everything that you could want. The company is so efficient from booking to arrival and departure. Sara, our villa Manager was lovely and very attentive. She corresponded with us all the way to ensure a seamless process. The little touches that the company does, such as pool towels and robes really enhance the whole experience. Housekeeping and the ground man/ pool man are really friendly and are very efficient. Overall I would full recommend this company and the villa. Location is amazing and only a short walk to some really lovely restaurants. Absolutely nothing. Everything was perfect

Fantastic villa for a young family, all on one level made it extremely easy. Villa was very clean and the owner/manager very accommodating - thank you. Helen the villa manager was excellent and very friendly. I particularly liked the lawned area of this villa compared to others we have stayed in, the lawn really helps to ´soften´ the aspect and makes the outdoor area more versatile. Overall an excellent stay 9our 2nd0 with Villa Duma, and one we will most certainly return to. Not much, it would have been great the have pool heating facilities, that´s always a great addition, especially with younger children. otherwise I thought the villa was just as I wanted. Thank you

Séjour d’une semaine magnifique ! Les photos correspondent totalement à la villa, Guillermo la personne qui nous accueilli est très sympathique et disponible ! Merci à lui, l’agence a répondu à toutes nos interrogations en amont du séjour, c’est rassurant et top ! Ménage inclus en milieu de séjour, on ne s’y attendait pas! Lovely and complete villa

A recently renovated villa that had everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Spotless clean and well maintained. The heated pool is so great and warm even in February. Although we stayed for only one week we had a towel change and light cleaning in the middle of the week. Also the pool was cleaned during our stay. Guillermo our contactperson on site was very helpful and kind.

Sehr schöne Villa mit Pool und ruhiger Lage.

Ein toller Service durch Helen, die alle Wünsche erfüllt. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig mit nur einer Nachbarvilla. Für gehbehinderte Personen ist es ideal geeignet, da alles im Erdgeschoß vorhanden ist. Selbst der Poolbereich ist über eine Rampe begehbar. In jedem Raum ist eine Klimaanlage vorhanden. Die Geschäfte, Restaurants und das Meer sind sowohl fußläufig als auch mit dem Auto gut erreichbar obwohl das Haus abgelegen liegt. Tischtennisplatte und ein windbeständiger großer Sonnenschirm sind mittlerweile ebenfalls vorhanden sowie ein erneuerter Grillbereich mit neuen Grillutensilien. Der Reinigungsservice und die flexiblen Möglichkeiten des Wäschewechsels in Zeiten von Corona sind super organisiert. Das Zufahrtstor könnte einen Haken an der mauer bekommen damit der wind das Tor nicht mehr zuwehen kann. Das 2. Bad und die Küche sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, werden aber bis zum Frühjahr 2021 neu renoviert. Der Zufahrtsweg ist über eine kurze Schotterpiste erreichbar. Hier könnte man vielleicht den Weg betonieren oder pflastern bis zum Straßenbeginn. Die Couch im Wohnzimmer hat mittlerweile ziemliche Gebrauchsspuren und könnte eine Auffrischung/Erneuerung vertragen.

A casa é super espaçosa e confortável. A iluminação é pouca por toda a casa (excepto cozinha) . Principalmente o exterior nao apresentava luz para a zona de churrasco e era pouca na zona da mesa de refeição.

Perfect holiday

Everything was perfect from the moment we made the booking with Villasduma. Our contact throughout was Helen who was lovely and so professional. She sent us a confirmation email as soon as we paid the deposit and nearer the date we were sent more information about the villa and given excellent directions to get to the villa. The villa itself is bright and homely and the outdoor area is wonderful. Our children couldn’t get enough of the pool and the space to play outside. The location was fantastic as well, very peaceful and near the local shops and also a 2 min drive to the beach. We were so impressed that cleaners came twice a week and so did a pool maintenance man before we were even up. All in all a wonderful stay and one we recommend to anyone looking to book a Villa with this company. We will definitely be repeating in the near future.

Pedro! the midweek towel and bed linnen replacement. Cleanliness. It's not an improvement, but something we would like to have during our stay, a music system. Like some speakers so you can put on your own music. And maybe the wifi quality
