great location

We had a good time, the house was good, the pool was great to have and you can't really have a better location. You can walk to the strip in a few minutes. We had some trouble with our deposit, because of complaints of neighbours, but got it partially back. The host is kind but strict. We had a great week and recommend the house.

Villa Martins

the villa is in a great location and provided everything we needed for our stay in Albufeira. António is easy to deal with and made sure everything went smoothly. The only slight problem was the check in - we arrived at the scheduled time to find cleaners still at the property and had to wait in the garden for them to finish. Other than that a lovely stay👍

Owner of the house is extremely helpful and the communication was great. The house is within a perfect walking distance of the strip and a short uber ride to old town

Review

Location on the website was not the same as the location of the villa itself. The photos were the actual villa though. The villa itself was pretty nice. We had some trouble getting our deposit back but in the end we atleast got an acceptable amount back.

Belle maison bien placée

Maison très grande, bien située et au calme. A proximité de la plage et du centre ville. 15-20 min à pied. Petit restaurant au top à côté. Boulangerie aussi. Juste petite remarque: cela mériterait de changer les literies

Goed wel streng over de borg

Heel fijn verblijf in de buurt van de strip. Goed schoongemaakt toen we aankwamen. In het midden van ons verblijf kwamen twee schoonmakers onaangekondigd langs. Verder zijn ze erg streng over de borg. 300€ kwijt aan twee goedkopen plastic stoelen en handdoeken die vies waren.

Jolie villa, mais propriétaire envahissant et pas agréable… (vient arroser le jardin tous les deux jours etc…), invasion de fourmis dans toute la maison et équipements plus de défectueux… Super piscine, accès aux bar et à la mer très pratique et proche.

Relação preço qualidade fraca. Muitas baratas no jardim e formigas no interior da casa. Senhorio pouco disponível e pouco simpático. Sem água quente de manhã. Piscina boa. Quartos bons, exceto avaria de ar condicionado num deles. Casa espaçosa para o número de pessoas. Poucos eletrodomésticos e utensílios de cozinha.

Geweldige ervaring gehad! Het huis is nog mooier dan op de foto’s en het is dichtbij de strip. Ook is de oude stad makkelijk te bereiken met de taxi. Het zwembad was heerlijk op temperatuur en we hebben een geweldige week gehad
