Absolutely brilliant..very spacious with a huge pool which we all enjoyed.So close to supermarket and bars and restaurants in a lo ely part of Albufueira.Fernando was a great host and ensured we had everything we needed.A little tired around the edges but we all loved our stay!Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Excellent villa

Excellent spacious villa nearby beaches and restaurants. We were two families there that spent several days. The kids enjoyed a lot the pool and we all enjoyed the garden and the barbeque. Our only comment is that we were missing soap and dish detergent in the house.

Amazing villa

Beautiful villa in a peaceful location. The villa was clean and well maintained with lots of space and a large swimming pool. Fernando was an excellent host and nothing was too much trouble. It is the second time we have stayed here, and we will be returning.

Brilliant Villa and great for families

We had a great trip and a great experience with Fernando. We had a 1 year old and 4 year old and both loved it. The cot provided for us was a very comfortable travel cot with mattress/bedding which our 1 year old slept soundly in. Pool was fantastic and whilst always having to supervise the kids it was the highlight of the Villa. Highchair provided was great too. We had minor feedback - the lovely shower in the master en-suite tended to fill and leak so short showers were needed. The bath/shower conversion button in the bathroom upstairs wasn’t working. We loved sitting outside at night and whilst the door light was working the canopy light over the table outside didn’t come on and that would been useful. These points are minor as our overall feeling was very positive. Ten euros by Uber to Albufeira, and the shopping, beach and zoomarine even closer. A great location!

Excellent. Spacious, clean and quiet

Excellent property with 2 bedrooms on each floor. It’s very spacious and plenty of room. The pool is 12m and the surrounding poolside area is huge and loads of space for outside dining. The only neg was the height in the shallow end is 1.2m which was too deep for our children to stand which effected their confidence. The location is decent and very quiet. Shops , restaurants and bars within 600m walk. The owner lives next door but allows you 100% privacy and is not evasive. Mosquitos were a small problem but we learned to keep the doors closed, wear lotion etc after the first night so they were easily manageable. In short, excellent, spacious, spotlessly clean property with all the expected facilities such as Sat tv and wifi etc. We certainly would go back and Fernado is the perfect “landlord”

Parfait

Location parfaite pour 8 personnes. Logement très spacieux où chacun a son espace. Il y a tout ce qu il faut à disposition. Supermarché Aldi à 3 minutes à pied très appréciable. Logement très propre, le ménage est refait pendant le séjour et les serviettes de bain sont changées dans la semaine. L"extérieur est magnifique avec sa très grande piscine. Tout était parfait. Merci à Fernando et à Maria.

We were two families on holiday and we all thought that there was plenty of room for us all. The villa was very clean inside and out. We all loved the pool :) It's within walking distance of good restaurants and shops. Beach is less than a five minute drive away with good beach restaurants. Fernando (villa owner) is a kind and helpful man. Would definitely recommend for a good value for money villa holiday :)

Fantastic holiday

The villa was amazing. The pool was huge, the location was perfect. We didn't hire a car but sometimes got a taxi to places such as the marina and the beach but was only 12 euros each journey for a mini bus. The villa is massive and Fernando the owner is next door and reachable for any questions needed. Amazing and will definitely go again.
