Nice place but not super clean

Staying at this house was very convenient and a great price. Very spacious and everything provided! Lots of extra things around the house at our disposal which was much appreciated. The only thing that wasn’t great was the cleanliness of the house. It was very tidy and neat but you could tell it was very dusty. Our allergies were terrible in the morning because of the dust. Also- not pictured, laundry/storage in unfinished basement which came as a surprise behind a staircase with curtains. Property manager was very responsive and nice!

Quite neighborhood!

Great stay in a quiet neighborhood. Had all the amenities we needed. Why would anyone stay in a hotel when you could stay here?!?

Nice for our short stay

Great house

This house really has everything you need for a comfortable stay. This was a great location for us to enjoy the Flamenco Festival at the University. Close to the airport and the University with easy drive to Old Town and the Sandias. Highly recommend!

Great neighborhood

We have stayed here twice and will continue to return. The location of the home and the amenities provided are wonderful. The owner of the home is very attentive to any needs. The linens and bathrooms have always been very clean. Great place.

Great Location.

We had a great 4 day stay in this home. The place was well equipped, the appliances were excellent, the AC was super, & the owner was extremely responsive to any inquiry we made. The location was perfect for any place we wanted to go around the city. Very satsfied.

A great place to stay

This property is just as it is described, “comfortable, convenient and in a superb location.” We stayed here for 2 1/2 weeks to be near our daughter who lives no more that a half mile away. We especially enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, the proximity to Hyder Park (a wonderful urban, pocket park) and the walkable, surrounding area. The location is convenient to the airport, the university, downtown and interesting local restaurants. We plan to stay here again at our next opportunity to visit our daughter and family.

Very nice - and exactly as described

Very clean and comfortable, well-appointed. Perfect location for what we wanted to do. The wi-fi went out a few times, but the host fixed it immediately. Barking dogs in the neighborhood, and a 1:30 a.m. car alarm going off in front of the house were annoying, but otherwise it was a great place to stay.

Comfortable Home and Quaint Neighborhood

The home is exactly as pictured. The home was clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen had all the provisions necessary. Another big plus was having having one and a half bathrooms. We enjoyed our morning coffee in the outside patio and my husband made use of the desk area as he had to get some work done. We had a lovely stay!

Very comfortable home in quiet neighborhood

We were on a business trip for several days. Tgis home was very comfortable and well stocked with the basics - down to washing machine and dryer. The work space for remote work was spacious as well as comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet. This is definitely a home away from home. So much better than a hotel room. The host was very responsive and a great communicator. We had a wonderful stay!

Albuquerque Stay

Nice and comfortable home. We had a small problem with toilet and host responded immediately and fixed problem. The home had everything we needed and more. The floors were squeaky, but it is an older home. I would recommend this home to everyone visiting the Albuquerque area. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

ABQ convention

Lovely, quiet home in nice neighborhood. Convenient to downtown, airport, transportation, shopping. Good walking with mountain views. It was easy to get to family for visits and to Santa Fe and wherever we wanted to go. Some of us did the hot air balloons one beautiful morning! The house is welcoming, comfortable with good space and appliances. We will definitely look for Evan's place next time! Thanks so much for sharing your slice of heaven!

Comfortable Casita

This is the second time we have stayed in Evan's rental, and once again, it was a rewarding visit. His well-equipped house has everything you'll need for an enjoyable stay and the second half-bath off the large dining room is an added bonus. The neighborhood is quiet, homey, and perfect for walking with a lovely park (Hyder) just a block away. A short drive away, you'll find a food co-op for groceries and pre-made meals, coffee shops, restaurants, and an array of interesting shops. Evan's place is close to the university campus as well as our favorite New Mexican restaurant - El Patio de Albuquerque. Thanks, Evan, for another memorable visit to the Land of Enchantment.

Nice little house

I really appreciate that the kitchen was well equipped and had some common items on hand. That was super helpful. The house is nice, conveniently located, and is as advertised. The price is good. There is a back patio with a table and chairs under a shade tree. We enjoyed eating out there. There is also a small gravel fenced back yard area that is nice if you have small children who would like to play outside. The neighbors that I saw all seemed liked nice people. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location

Everything we needed was there & great space & very convenient (if you have a car) to locations in nob Hill. My only complaint is that the floors were very squeaky in bedrooms & bedroom door sticks so there's no way to possibly go to the restroom or leave or come into the bedroom at night without waking up the other person. Tiptoe doesn't work. It's part of an old house & we accepted it. It's not an easy fix so just be aware if you're sharing a room, unless you sleep very very deeply you'll be woken up if the other person leaves or comes in. We really enjoyed our stay & would stay there again.

At close to $200/night total, I expected to get a place that was in a safe area - but they and the neighbors had to put bars over the windows - jail like. Too, the single car garage had been turned into an apartment. The bed was fine, but the neighbors loud and smoked outside and it wafted in because you had to leave the window open for air. In the bathroom the vent fan sounded like a jet engine. The bath tub was cheesy and the valve was terrible. Everything was just sort of low rent, beat up Ikea. Big screen tv but no DVD player. The book case had Turgenev to read - strange, but I guess I would have to say everything was shoddy. Finally, the front door jam and lock, worked, but looked like it had been broken into multiple times. Wouldn't stay there again.

The property could use some rugs in the bedrooms and cleaning/ landscaping in the back yard. Otherwise it was a great place to stay.

This property is in a quiet neighborhood close to the vibrant Central avenue corridor close to UNM. The property itself is clean and well furnished with ample space and extra bedding which we appreciate.
