"Al entran en el apartamento nos hemos encontrado una sorpresa ingrata, ya que había cucarachas en la puerta de la cocina, hemos llamado y nos lo han solucionado cambiando de apartamento, que no estaba preparado para el alquiler, es decir tuvimos que pedir mantas y se notaba que en las esquinas había algo de suciedad. Estamos contentos con el cambio pero como esto nos hizo perder tiempo hubiésemos agradecido que nos dejarán ese mismo tiempo para salir más tarde."

"La piscina es lo mejor del lugar. Mejorar podría en la cocina(cubertería, cuchillos para cortar, tabla para corte, tostadora...) Manguera para el exterior que no la tiene, ni salida de agua. Camas incómodas y viejas, estores para que no entre la luz por la mañana... Presión del agua muy baja... Y ruido exterior pero aquí no se puede hacer nada ya que la carretera está enfrente. Si se hacen mejoras en ese aspecto la casa cambiaría por completo"

"Pros: We hadden een fantastische tijd in het appartement! De verhuurder was ongelooflijk gastvrij en behulpzaam. Hij reageerde snel op al onze vragen en gaf ons geweldige tips over lokale restaurants en attracties. Het appartement zelf was brandschoon, goed ingericht en had alles wat we nodig hadden voor een comfortabel verblijf. De locatie was perfect, op loopafstand van het strand en de belangrijkste bezienswaardigheden. We zouden dit appartement ten zeerste aanbevelen en kijken ernaar uit...

"Las vistas a la playa lo mejor del apartamento, no estaba muy limpio, los cristales del dormitorio ya no podían estar más sucios y hay telarañas en la terraza. Los muebles son muy viejos y en el armario hay una puerta que no se de dónde la sacaron pero que no encaja ni cierra bien , el colchón y los sofás tampoco son cómodos y la televisión es muy pequeña y muy mal sintonizada. El personal de la agencia muy amables y Peñíscola muy bonito "
