"Quarto limpo. Colchão mt mole, não consegui dormir, ar barulhento. Funcionários durante o dia mt fechada, dando poucas informações. O rapaz da noite bem solicito. Localização mt boa. Café fraco, poucas opções de comida. Tem condições pra ser mto boa, mas deixou a desejar."

"Overall, we had a pretty good stay at this hotel. For the money, it delivers good value. The room itself was pretty clean, but our shower was quite dirty and could use a proper deep cleaning. But all the staff were very Nice and helpful. The breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold items, including a good selection of fresh fruit. And the location is very good, especially for a nice dinner out on a restaurant near the Lagoon or at champs mall nearby."

"They were overbooked so they put me in a different building where there was no staff, no facilities, nothing."

"I stayed in hundreds of hotels in my life. This one is top 10 of the worst. Lots of basics missing like a simple holder in the shower box or a leaking box and mold all over the place, and much more. The positive side: it's near a nice beach."
