Nice in the mountains
Bit of a distance outside Malaga, but, easy enough with a hire car. Staff were always friendly, beds made daily, all requests attended to. Would happily stay there again.

Me, my husband and my y year old son stayed at this property for 2 nights. Overal our stay was great.. auiet area with bar on the oppositite side of the road, breakfast was also very good and the owner was lovely. Chose this is you want a proper Spanish experience . People in the village are very friemdly. Pool is small but quiet deep so it was more than enough for us. Great value for money overall.

Gebäude beinhaltet mehrere Appartments unterschiedlicher Grösse, Stil und Inventar ca. 20 Jahre oder älter, alles in Ordnung , absolut Preis leistungsgerecht,, alles sehr sauber und funktionell in Ordnung, vollständig ausgestattete Küche, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine waren neuwertig, alle Räume klimatisiert, wenn ein Problem auftrat, wurde es auch schnell repariert, kleiner Pool reicht um sich mal abzukühlen, kleine Tante Emma Läden in der Nähe, mehrere gute Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe, wir haben die Unterkunft zu Ausflügen in die Umgebung genutzt, Highlight war der nette Eigentümer, der ein reichhaltiges Frühstück zubereitet, auch die entspannte Atmosphäre, mit Balkon Blick in einen einzigartige Berg und Tal Kulisse. Im Ort waren alle Bewohner sehr freundlich, man findet wohl selten so eine schöne Dorfkulisse. Ja wir würden gerne wieder kommen. Wir waren als Familie dort und den Kindern hat es auch sehr gefallen nach den anstrengenden Ausflügen nach Malaga, Alhambra, Caminito del Rey usw immer einen Ort zu haben, wo man sich zu Hause fühlt.

Estuvimos muy a gusto. El alojamiento está muy bien situado, con bares cerca, y a quince minutos en coche de la montaña. Nos quedamos en un pequeño apartamento muy cómodo, con unas vistas muy bonitas. Muy contentos.

Smuk udsigt og fantastisk vært
Dette lille hotel ligger utrolig smukt med den vidunderligste udsigt udover bjergene. Vi var fire afsted og havde lejet en lejlighed med to værelser, bad, stue og køkken og ikke mindst en balkon, hvor vi om aftenen kunne indstille synet på uendeligt og nyde et glas vin, mens vi blev bjergtaget af udsigten. Men udsigt gør det ikke alene - vi blev taget så godt imod af ejeren som var utrolig hjælpsom og elskværdig. Vi nød stedets morgenmad som var rigtig fin, og gav os en god start på dagen. Byen er charmerende og hyggelig at tage ned og handle i, når der skulle købes ind til frokost. Vi havde lejet bil og tog på udflugter til Nerja, Canillas de Aceituno, Torre del Mar og var på vandring i Caminito del Rey og gik lidt på opdagelse i naturparken som vi var midt i. Selv om hotellets pool egentlig er lukket i oktober åbnede den venlige vært den alligevel for os, hvor vi nød nogle dage at blive kølet af. Så er man til storslået natur, ro og et hav som ligger og venter på en indenfor en halv times kørsel, så kan dette sted varmt anbefales.

Estancia para descansar
Estancia ideal en la sierra para pasar unos días de descanso. La playa cerca a unos 15-20 minutos en coche. El apartamento disponía de una pequeña cocina con lo básico por si quería comer en el apartamento. Todo correcto, buen trato y limpieza. Bonitas vistas a la naturaleza desde la habitación.

A great choice to stay in Alcaucin
We really enjoyed our stay. We chose the 2 bed apartment for our family of 4 - well laid out, bright, clean and lots of space, and as a bonus well equipped with a small kitchen.
Beautiful view down the valley and amazing birdsong from the national park in the morning while enjoying a fresh continental breakfast that we booked once there. Parking was easy - we parked outside the door on the road but there's reserved hotel parking steps away from the front door for €4 per day.
Highly recommended.

Buen hotel y buen servicio a buen precio
Fantástico hotel para quedarse por la comodidad de las habitaciones, la atención, el servicio, la ubicación (ideal para subir a la montaña), y la decoración. Nos atendieron de forma excepcional, muy amable, y dándonos información muy valiosa respecto a los caminos y rutas que hacer. Repetiríamos si volviésemos por allí.

Love This Place
Very picturesque atop the mountain. Very narrow roads to get there. The hotel has a secure parking lot just across the street. It ebing the off season, there were only a few guests, but the owner could not have been kinder or more helpful.
Romm was comfortable, but with a small shower. Breakfast was served at the table and although I prefer buffet style, it was nice nonetheless. Very nice little restaurant within walking distance.

The large balcony with a panoramic view was a great feature of the room. The check-in process was quick and efficient but it should be noted that reception is only manned by appointment. Tea/coffee making facilities were provided in the room.

Beautiful rural place to stay
Alfonso and his family were so lovely and welcoming. Rooms and facilities (including the garden and the pool) were immaculate. The village is a special little place to visit, even just to sit in the square with a coffee and watch the daily comings and goings. Will definitely stay here again.

Alcaucin en lille afsides perle.
Supergodt lille hotel i lille hyggelig by foran enden SF hovedvejen op i bjergene. Fantastisk flot udsigt over dalen mod Vinuelasøen. Rolig lille andaludisk by med god restaurant med venligt engelsk talende værtspar og lækker mad.

Lovely little real Spanish hotel ,so friendly,
We had booked for one night ,& stayed for three, in this lovely little hotel ,the family were so welcoming, & kind ,the hotel is set in a lovely real Spanish village of Alcaucin,very pretty with amazing views & watching the sun set over the mountains was lovely ,easy to drive to the surrounding villages ,we will be staying again when we return to Spain shortly .
