“One thing just to keep in mind if you are a Hilton Honors member is that your points don’t count towards your account if you book through Expedia. Other things, though regarding our state, they also gave us a breakfast voucher. The only issue I had is our Wi-Fi had an issue connecting for some reason especially early in the morning when going for a workout. But the pool was absolutely wonderful and the whole set up was so convenient for our very first night in Knoxville.”

“Clean rooms! Attentive staff - very friendly & helpful. Morning breakfast was great with a variety of options. Convenient to restaurants, shopping & downtown Knoxville about 20 minutes away. Prices for the rooms were excellent. Well worth staying here for conventions or other activities.”

“Our room for the first night had an air conditioner unit that rattled and when the compressor kicked in it was very loud like groaning. It also didn’t really cool the room down. We let front desk staff know the next morning that it needed to be looked at and the guy was extremely dismissive. All he did was write our room number (413) on a scrap of paper and went back to looking at his computer screen. When I asked whether anything would be done about it he let me know they had no maintenance……

“The staff are pleasant, friendly, and very helpful. The room was clean, air conditioner worked very well, and it smelled good! The breakfast and dinner menu was very good, served hot and to order! Perfect! I will stay here again while visiting the area! ***** stars!”

“All Quality inns use the cheapest COFFEE. Liquid brown water and then hot water added. NO TASTE NO CAFFEINE. Bagels served but nothing to cut them open. No bagel slicer one person wanted to put out a sharp knife. The eggs appear to be from some liquid mix.”
