“We left at 0515, office was not open, pictures of room on expedia, was not the room i checked into, beds were clean, someone needs to scrub the bathtub, had a dirt ring. Not in a bad area, within walking distance to Walmart.”

“If this is all you need to sleep, it’s ok for the basics and the price. Forget about the breakfast unless all you need is coffee. Seemed clean, no bugs, beds ok”

“Staff was courteous and allowed us to check in an hour early, which was very nice. However, there were several issues with the room. The bathroom door didn't properly fit and you had to forcefully pull it closed, which was extremely loud to both open and close. Also, the in-room alarm was previously set, which woke my wife up at 3 a.m. and she had to figure out how to turn it off in the middle of the night. But the biggest problem was the smoke alarm, which started doing three-chirps at 4 a.m.……

“Stayed 5 days in March. There was no room cleaning. Suppose this could be due to the time of year. The property is good, but certainly not “wonderful “ as described by Expedia. ”

“The door sweep wasn’t on the door so there was a huge gap under the door. The first room smelled like someone had just been in there smoking - we asked for non smoking. And the beds are new but now small full size beds and thin mattresses. Probably our last stay. ”

“I found a bed bug on my pillow when I arrived. I told the front desk, said I wanted to cancel and get a refund, and found another place to stay. I was yelled at, made out to be liar, and refused my money back by the owner even after I provided proof (a picture and geotag). Expedia finally gave me my money back, but the hotel owner and staff still haven’t taken responsibility for the incident. I’m truly appalled, not even by the bed bug, but by the way I was treated.”

“It should be named NASTY COCKROACH HOTEL! The place needs a severe update and an exterminator. I had to go to Tennessee to attend my father's funeral over the weekend. The room #137 I was in for one night and I killed 5 COCKROACHES! The bathroom wall had a previous hole and instead of repairing it correctly someone patched it and just painted over it. I shook out everything that I took in to the room. I got woke up very early to someone yelling "Hey ,hey,hey I know she has her phone". ……

“The room wasn’t clean, the sheets were stained up and the mattress cover look like it had been peed on and left. The AC didn’t work at all and was falling apart. They definitely need to pay more attention to the cleanliness of the room. ”
