This charming one bedroom apartament is located only a few meters from the beach and next to the marina of Alcudia. From this comfortable apartament you will be able to enjoy different shops, a wide variety of restaurants and all that this wonderful holiday destination has to offer. At the Apartamento Xara it is not necessary to have a rental car, as everything you need is close at hand.

This appartment is fully equipped with internet, tv, air conditioning, ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and washing machine.

Layout:

The apartament has one bedroom with double bed and bathroom, a living room with fully equipped kitchenette and two small terraces with sea views.

Note 1. The final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit as long as the use of the house is reasonable.

Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be € 15 per person per day.

Note 3. Check-out time is 10:00. If a later check-out is possible, it is always subject to availability and will cost 90 € until 13:00 and 160 € until 16:00.

Note 4. Free entry to the accommodation with our agency staff until 10 pm, €30 (10 pm–midnight) or €50 (after midnight). There is also the option of free self-check-in with a staff welcome the next day.

Note 5. On the Balearic Islands, all hotels/ tourist accommodations have the obligation of charging the guests over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is then transferred to Local Authorities.
