COVID 19 SANITIZATION Health, safety, and well being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check out. NO PETS ALLOWED We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them. NO SMOKING Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees. NO PARTY/EVENTS We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. NOTICE: The communal pool is open from May to September, from 9 am to 8 pm. There is currently construction on the beach.

We recommend that you arrive in a car as it will give you much freedom to explore and enjoy the beautiful island of Mallorca. If you don't feel like driving during your stay, there are plenty of public transportation options in the area. Bus Taxi

Our apartment is located on the second floor of a building with an elevator for easy access. With a very compact interior layout, discover the living dining area with direct access to the balcony overlooking the beach. You can relax in this area while accompanied by satellite TV or listening to songs and by cool air conditioning or the sea breeze.
