Great location and great host

Pros: Nice and quiet villa, with three restaurants all within walking distance, as well as a small supermarket. Plus a beach nearby. We didn’t bother with car hire which worked well, though would suggest the odd taxi trip into Alcúdia to do a big shop occasionally, as cheaper.

Beautiful house and location

The check in/out and communication process with the host was seamless. The house and location are exceptional and just as described in the listing. The host was responsive and friendly. The house more than comfortably accommodated our family of 11. The sleeping floor has A/C units which were essential for our unseasonably warm June visit. The view and breeze of Alcudia Bay off of the house terrace was amazing. The house location is perfect for walking to a few restaurants, a small grocery store, and a picturesque harbor. The city of Alcudia is a quick car ride and worth the trip! We were also located within decent driving distance to Sa Colabra road and the Torrent de Pareis which is a must do.

Pros: Das Haus und die Ausstattung war sehr gut! Cons: W-LAN könnte besser. Man muss auch viel mit Taxi fahren um auch mal touristische Ziele zu erreichen.

Sehr schöner Urlaub mit Freunden. Einrichtung ist etwas in Jahre gekommen aber wir haben nur auf einer der vielen Terrassen gesessen. Alles da was man braucht.
