Une vue vraiment agréable

Nous avons passé 6 nuits dans cet appartement très lumineux et bien équipé. La vue sur le port est vraiment chouette, surtout au moment du coucher du soleil, on ne s'en lasse pas ! De plus, pas de bruit sur le balcon, juste le brouhaha de la rue (c'est une promenade piétonne qui sépare le port de l'immeuble). Le port d'Alcudia est une bonne base pour visiter l'île et on a beaucoup aimé la vieille ville (accessible en 20 mn à pied depuis l'appartement en prenant une petite rue dans un quartier résidentiel loin de la circulation). Plusieurs parkings gratuits à proximité de l'immeuble où il y avait toujours de la place en avril. On recommande ce logement.

IPM Mallorca ist ein fantastisches Unternehmen. Super nett, zuvorkommend, immer für einen da und es entsprach alle sder Beschreibung. Die Unterkunft traumhaft schön geniale Lage super Ausblick top sauber sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Einfach genial angefangen von IPM Mallorca bis hin zur Unterkunft. All dies war ausschlaggebend, dass wir unseren bisher schönsten Mallorcaurlaub verbringen konnten.

Schön aber Preis/Leistung stimmt nicht

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem sehr ringhörigen älteren Wohnblock direkt an der Hafenpromenade. Die Wohnung sieht so aus wie auf den Fotos. Diese war bis auf die Küche sehr sauber. Der Ausblick auf den Hafen und das Meer sind sehr schön! Wir waren in der Hochsaison und es hatte wegen Covid 19 zum Glück nicht so viele Menschen, denn am Abend war es so schon sehr laut. Die Wohnung ist für Kleinkinder nicht geeignet. Die Küche hat keine Türe und das Geländer auf dem Balkon wackelt. Eine Waschmaschine und genügend Wäscheleine stehen auf dem Dach zur Verfügung, was sehr praktisch ist.

Tolle Wohnung in herrlicher Lage

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage gefiel uns sehr, mit dem Blick vom Balkon auf den kleinen Hafen. Die Wohnung hat alles, was wir für eine Woche Entspannung brauchen. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und liebevoll. In der Küche ist im Grunde alles wichtige vorhanden; wir hätten zusätzlich eine Teekanne oder größere Tassen perfekt gefunden. Alles in Allem sind wir sehr glücklich mit unserer Entscheidung für diese Wohnung!

Einfach Klasse

Die Wohnung ist einfach Klasse! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, der Ausblick auf den Hafen ist wundervoll. Alles was man braucht gibt es in der nahen Umgebung. Die Bilder halten was sie versprechen. Wo ich mich anschliessen kann ist bei den Küchenutensilien bspw. SPARSCHÄLER, EIERBECHER, SCHWINGBESEN, BACKBLECH, SCHÜSSELN usw.... Ein neuer WC Deckel. Aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau und würde das Objekt noch perfekter machen als es ist. Danke für die tolle Zeit :)

Schön gelegene Wohnung direkt am Meer

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist praktisch eingerichtet. Die Lage ist vorteilhaft. Ein Supermarkt ist gegenüber und hat jeden Tag geöffnet. Ein guter Bäcker, ein super Delikatessengeschäft sind auch da. Ein Spirituosenladen ist 5 Min. entfernt. Auch zum Bummeln gibt es einiges anzuschauen. Der Strand ist sehr schön und lang, auch für Kleinkinder zu empfehlen. Ein öffentlicher Parkplatz ist 5 Min. entfernt. Das Equipment in der Küche ist dürftig. Da fehlt Vieles. In der Wohnung gab es keine Gästemappe. Man kann sich aber immer bei der Agentur melden und sie sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Perfekte Wohnung in bester Lage.

Traumhafte Wohnung. Modern eingerichtet in perfekter Lage. Wir kommen definitiv wieder. Einzigster Kritikpunkt ist die sehr spärlich Küchenausstattung. Es gab zb kein Geschirrhandtuch weder eine Tupper. Die Lage machen das ganze aber wieder wett.

Modern Apartment

We had the pleasure of 11 nights at Canet Beach. The apartment is clean, comfortable and modern. The view is great- especially if you like boats. It was early season and it wasn’t very noisy in the evening which we had worried about (not sure what it will be like in mid-summer). Only issue we had really was finding the correct entrance. No one took us there or met us out side and there are NO external signs (other than building number) to suggest it was Canet Beach. Sounds like we were being a bit daft but the door does. display signs for a dentist and another “enterprise” which put us off the scent (so to speak). Even the bar next door didn’t have a clue! Mini market across the road very convenient and makes fresh bread daily. One other thing I suggest you keep the small window in the bathroom closed as other apartments cooking smells come in! (You will see why when you get there). However this should not put you off going. Aircon/heating good too.
