Charming villa for 10 people with private pool in Alcúdia
This spacious villa of 280 m², with capacity for 10 people, has 5 bedrooms and offers a cosy atmosphere, perfectly equipped to enjoy unforgettable holidays. The accommodation stands out for its beautiful views of the mountain and the garden, in a quiet and family-friendly environment.
The layout of the house is very comfortable: on the ground floor there is a bedroom and a full bathroom. On the upper floor, the other four bedrooms and three additional bathrooms are located, one of them en suite, integrated into one of the bedrooms.
Located just 2 km from the historic centre of Alcúdia, as well as supermarkets, restaurants, cafés and the Morer Vermell rocky beach. It is also 4 km from the popular sandy beach of Puerto de Alcúdia, the Hidropark water park and the prestigious Alcanada golf course. The S'Albufera natural park is just 8 km away, and the Sa Pobla train station is 12 km away. Palma airport (Son Sant Joan) is located 57 km away.
The villa has a spacious garden with a fenced area, outdoor furniture, a 30 m² terrace, barbecue, balcony, private swimming pool and parking within the property. It is equipped with air conditioning in all bedrooms, central heating, Wi-Fi, television with satellite channels in various languages, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and hairdryer.
The independent kitchen, with a modern style and ceramic hob, includes a fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer and all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably.
