Schönes Haus ...aber

Leider wird das Objekt nicht gepflegt. Viele beschädigte, verdreckte Gegenstände. Die Spülmaschine funktionierte nicht, keine Geschirrhandtücher, keine Teelöffel usw. Das ärgerlichste war, das die betreuende Agentur sich überhaupt nicht rückgemeldet hat. Erst als am vorletzten Tag in die Küche geregnet hat, haben sie sich mal geregt. Sehr schade, weil das Haus charmant ist, aber so eigentlich nicht zu vermieten.

Apartamento confortável, espaçoso e muito bem localizado.

A localização: tranquilidade, silêncio e proximidade de uma das mais lindas localidades da ilha. A energia elétrica não é suficiente para uma casa com 6 ocupantes. O quadro desarmava com frequência. Quando usávamos o fogão, nenhum outro aparelho elétrico podia ser ligado. Meso o fogão, quando tudo desligado, se usadas mais de uma boca e/ou o forno, fazia o quadro desarmar. Claro que é preciso comentar mais uma vez o descaso em nossa chegada com o apartamento não preparado para a nossa chegada, não tendo recebido limpeza nem troca de toalhas e roupas de cama. Verdade que, feita a reclamação, a situação foi contornada com o sacrifício de um dia de diária (a ser devolvida), pois não pudemos ficar na casa para que a arrumação pudesse ser feita.

Wonderful stay in the centre of old town of Alcudia

We were very pleased to stay at the place. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the time we spent there. We had everything we needed to enjoy a relaxing vacation good place to relax at the beaches around Alcudia and enjoy the sun. Antuaneta, the assistant of the property owner, was very friendly and she was good at communicating (still “online”). It took us around 20 minutes to walk to the closest beaches. Of course, one can take a bus and get to Platja Alcudia in a few minutes for EUR 1.55 which we also did. It runs every 20 minutes, picking up all around the resort. There is a big Mercadona on the way. The house was beautiful, spacious and really well looked after. We had the feeling that all the passers-by wanted to stay there. Not everybody likes to stay in the centre of the town but the old town of Alcudia is the jewel of the area, a place that is a must in the north of Mallorca We were absolutely satisfied and happy with our stay and if we come again we would definitely book the house again. Very kind regards to the owner. Thanks a lot.

bicycle holiday in Mallorca

three couples rented this great home for two weeks. We were riding bikes and the house has a locked courtyard which was perfect for storing bikes. the house has a large kitchen which we cooked and ate daily in. the house had a weak wifi but the owner upgraded during our stay and now it is fine. three big bedroom with bath or shower was fine for our stay. there is a washing machine for all to use. the house is very central in Alcudia and only 100 metres from the farmers market area. The price was very affordable and we would be very happy to return for a visit another year. what really impressed us was that jewelry was left by mistake and the owners returned them to us promptly. highly recommended.
