Great apartment, modern with all amenities and very clean

Host was communicative and very flexible when we needed to arrange a time to be shown the alarm system. Really nice location with a terrace overlooking the inlet/lake. Short walk to the beach which was lovely and around 10 mins drive to the old town which is great for exploring. Would definitely recommend

The flat is really nice

Really nice flat in a silent area. The son of the owner did a great job with the introduction and was so friendly! Big compliment for that! The flat itself has everything you need and there are nice restaurants and supermarkets around. We really enjoyed the stay there and might come back another time :)

Lovely clean and well maintained apartment

Close to local amenities yet with a peaceful ambience overlooking the lake and minutes from the beach. (There can be some background music and sounds from the hotel’s across the lake, but didn’t impact on our stay and all quiet during the night). Everything as described, with modern decor and good facilities throughout. We used the barbecue several times and enjoyed our meals alfresco overlooking the water. Hosts were lovely and highly attentive, though only when we needed their help for a wee technical matter - quickly resolved.

Perfect

Lovely property overlooking the lake and only 300m from the beach, was close enough to the nightlife, restaurants and shops to be handy but pleasantly quiet and private. We had and used the barbecue on three nights, loving the relaxed atmosphere and layout of the private garden and eating area with lovely views across the lake. Accommodation was spacious and ideal for our use, with clean modern decor throughout, washing machine for refreshing our clothes and good air-con where it mattered. Our hosts were good at staying in touch and very quick to sort out and resolve an issue with the Air Con - thank you. Loved the property.

It is a fantastic house with all the comfort

The views over the lake are insane you can sometimes spot flamingos flying in the evening. The owners are friendly and responsive. It is ideal for a small family with kids. We were so happy there, felt like home.

Die Beschreibung der Unterkunft entspricht genau dem was wir vorgefunden haben. Das Haus ist zweckmäßig und gut eingerichtet. Die Lage am See hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Nah am Meer und weit genug weg vom touristischen Trubel. Von der anderen Seite vom See war täglich ab 19:00Uhr aus einer Anlage lautstarke Kinderbelustigung zu hören, die anschließend in Partymusik übergegangen ist. Erst gegen 23:30 -24:00Uhr kehrte Ruhe ein.

Ruhige Lage, Strandnähe & traumhafte Aussicht auf den See

Wir waren von Anfang bis Ende unseres Aufenthaltes absolut zufrieden. Vielen Dank dafür. Besonders beeindruckt haben uns der persönliche Service am Anreisetag mit Einweisung und während des Aufenthaltes, die Sauberkeit im Haus, das schnelle, zuverlässige WLAN und dass alle wichtigen Gegenstände, die man auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt benötigt, vorhanden waren.

Gute Lage, Strand nur wenige Minuten entfernt, Vermieter sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, direkt am Rundweg um den See, Supermarkt in der Nähe auch zu Fuß gut zu erreichen.

Schönes, sauberes Haus

Wir wurden von den Besitzern persönlich empfangen und sie haben uns sehr herzlich alles erklärt. Der Kontakt lief unkompliziert via SMS und die Zeiten konnten flexibel kommuniziert werden, da unser Flug verspätet ankam. Das Haus liegt nahe Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und dem Strand. Ein Parkplatz ist ebenfalls für kleinere bis mittlere Autos vorhanden. Das Haus ist perfekt eingerichtet für unsere kleine Familie, das Kinderbett, der Hochstuhl und Spielzeug für den Strand war bereits vor Ort parat und alles wichtige ist vorhanden. Alle Haupträume sind mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet, dies war sehr angenehm, da wir aufgrund der Moskitos die Räume geschlossen hielten. Das Haus ist ausgesprochen sauber und die Betten bequem. Einziger Negativpunkt ist über die Hauptsaison die laute Musik am Abend vom Hotel visàvis, welches bis Mitternacht Disco anbietet und die man auch mit geschlossenen Fenstern gut hört.

Wir haben mehrere Tage in der Unterkunft verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden

Das Haus war extrem sauber und wir haben dort alles vorgefunden, was wir brauchten. Teilweise ist die Wohnung noch "besser" als auf den Bildern (z.B. neue Küche). Joan, der Sohn des Besitzers, war sehr freundlich & hat sich ausführlich Zeit genommen uns beim Check-in alles zu zeigen :) Das Haus war für uns in einer idealen Lage: Toller Ausblick auf den See, maximal 5 Gehminuten zum Strand und etwas fernab von den größeren Hotels, sodass es wenig touristisch ist. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten lassen sich ebenfalls zu Fuß erreichen. Wir können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen!

Aufenthalt im Februar

Die Lage war in dieser ruhigen Zeit perfekt. Schöner Blick auf den See und kurzer Weg zum Strand. Das Haus ist schön und gut ausgestattet, mit Parkplatz, kleiner Terrasse, windgeschützter Liegefläche und Grill mit direktem Zugang zur Seepromenade. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war schnell und gut. Empfehlenswertes Haus.
