the villa was amazing,spotless,with lots of comfort. really close to alcudia and very close to beautiful beaches and tourist destinations. The villa had a good sized pool which was very clean. Would highly recommend staying here

Wonderful Finca in a nice neighbourhood. great Pool with a door (if you have smalltalk kids). about 10 Minutes to reach the beach / Restaurants... we enjoyed our stay!

The house was nice and spacious for a larger family. The kitchen is very well equipped. BBQ area very nice. The pool table in the garden perfect for gathering and playing together. Overall a cozy house. The house could be a bit more clean and also the pool.

Thoroughly enjoyed this property

Lovely outdoor area. However, pool is a little deep for youngsters to play in. Kitchen well equipped but a little dark and would benefit from aircon. All bedrooms with aircon and a good size. Covered car park area accessed at the rear of the villa which we only discovered on arrival. Overall we had a great holiday at this property.

The Villa was generally superb, The pool was lovely and we especially liked that astro turf widely used in the garden. The kitchen was large but poorly lit in places, especially nice was the relaxing area off the kitchen and large dining table. Outside we also loved that large dining table easily big enough for the 7 of us. Parking outside was easy. The villa was a little tired in places with some mould in the shower room, this was reported to Marina and she undertook to arrange with the owner to get them fixed. I don't think there should put you off but maybe this villa is not for those who want everything absolutely perfect. Noteable was the surrounding area with lots of posh villas. It was quiet also. A great place for a large multi generation family. It was great fun. Marina was especially helpful.

We had a fantastic and very relaxing stay!

We had a fantastic and very relaxing stay! The pool was a hit with the kids! The place was as described. We had a slight issue with a shower on the final full day and messaged the host who sorted and repaired within a couple of hours. The location is quiet and close enough to shops and restaurants to dine out but far enough to be quiet and peaceful. It is in a hilly area, so walking to restaurants wasn’t an option for us - but this didn’t matter. We would definitely stay again.

Gorgeous stay in a perfect neighbourhood! The home is ideal for a relaxing vacation. We loved tanning by the swimming pool and passing the evenings playing at the pool table. Only a short drive (or walk!) to beautiful beaches and a market with everything you could need during your stay. Mariana and Marina were incredibly friendly and accommodating - would definitely stay here again!

Unser Aufenthalt hat uns gut gefallen. Der Check in und die Kommunikation mit Marina hat super funktioniert. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig in einem Wohngebiet in Alcudia. Mit dem Auto ist man in 8 Minuten in der Altstadt/Hafen. Dort gibt es unzählige Restaurants, in denen man sehr gut essen kann oder Supermärkte zum einkaufen. Die Finka ist groß und bietet Platz für zwei Familien. Als wir ankamen, war alles sauber und frisch gereinigt, dafür eine 10/10.Die Obstbäume im sind echt super.Aber das Objekt ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Badewanne schimmelt am Rand, der Stöpsel ist defekt, dass Wasser bleibt nicht drin.Das Geschirr ist alt und müsste gewechselt werden. Genau wie die Kaffeemaschine, wenn man Wasser für 6 Tassen einfüllt, kommen nur 4 in der Kanne an.Die Auflagen für die Außenmöbel und Pool-Liegen, sind gammlig und fleckig. Diese müssen zwingend ausgewechselt werden.Außerdem ist die Außendusche defekt.Im Pool blättert etwas die Farbe ab, was nicht sonderlich stört.Alles in allem ein sehr schönes Objekt, wo aber die von mir genannten Punkte definitiv erneuert werden müssen.Wir haben in den Herbstferien für 8 Nächte am ende mit Strom 1600 Euro bezahlt. Das ist auch unter den oben genannten Kritik- Punkten noch ok.Im Sommer kostet das ganze für den selben Zeitraum aber 3600 Euro und das ist es, so ehrlich muss man sein, nicht wert. Für den Preis muss man erwarten, dass die von mir genannten Punkte ausgeräumt werden.Vielen Dank und liebe Grüße!

Die Unterkunft entsprach genau den Bildern und war sauber. Die Gastgeber waren ausgesprochen freundlich und haben schnell und zuverlässig mit uns kommuniziert . Die Lage ist ruhig mit Mietwagen erreicht man alles Wichtige in ca. 10 Minuten. Ohne Auto wäre man allerdings etwas eingeschränkt. Parkmöglichkeiten sind problemlos vorhanden. Ein Punkt, den man beachten sollte: In Alcúdia gibt es saisonal sehr viele Mücken, wofür die Gastgeber natürlich nichts können. Positiv: Die Nachbarschaft war angenehm leise, und Katzenliebhaber freuen sich über die zahlreichen freundlichen Katzen in der Nähe. Insgesamt eine gute Unterkunft mit sehr netten Gastgebern – Mietwagen absolut empfehlenswert.

Superbe séjour dans cette très jolie maison, très spacieuse et vraiment idéale pour 8 personnes. Tout est conforme à la description. Quartier calme, nous avons beaucoup apprécié la piscine et le billard. Communication avec les hôtes Marina et Mariana très agréable. Nous ne pouvons que recommander.

Tolles Haus. Wir waren mit 2 Familien dort. Jeder hatte 2 Schlafzimmer, eigenes Bad. Sogar die Wohnzimmer konnten sich separat zuordnen lassen. Das Haus ist toll, geräumig, innen wie außen. Pool durch ein Tor sicher für kleine Kinder abzutrennen. Fussläufig nach Bonaire zum Hafen und 2 Restaurants. Gute Kommunikation und sehr zuvorkommend.

Très belles vacances passées en famille dans cette magnifique maison, située dans un beau quartier à 5 min du centre ville d'Alcudia en voiture. Le propriétaire est passé pendant le séjour pour demander si tout se passait bien et à fait réparé ce qui ne fonctionnait pas dès le lendemain matin : très efficace. Le seul petit bemole c'est la non proximité des plages et centre ville à pieds quand on a des petits enfants qui marchent peu... Je recommande : merci à la gestionnaire d'avoir été flexible et joignable très facilement.
