Great apartment with private pool

Amazing apartment with fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, table tennis and private pool. The location couldn’t be better: 5 min to the beach, supermarket across the street, walking distance to the port with many restaurants and bars, 25 min walking to Alcudia old town. The bus stop to the airport, Alcudia old town and other destinations is in front of the house. In the garden you can hear the cars from the street but the apartment is very private and quiet inside. The owner is super friendly, very responsive and makes sure that you will love your vacation. It was already our 2nd visit and we will come back for sure!

Nous avons passé une super semaine dans cet appartement charmant. Situé au rez-de-chaussée d'un immeuble pittoresque de trois étages, il offre un jardin privé idéal pour des apéros en terrasse ou près de la piscine, laquelle est impeccable et parfaitement sécurisée pour les enfants grâce à ses paliers. L'intérieur est d'une propreté impeccable, avec deux chambres, une salle de bain, un spacieux séjour et une cuisine ouverte baignée de lumière naturelle grâce à de grandes baies vitrées. Mention spéciale à notre hôte Jouan, toujours ultra réactif via messages whatsap, qui a su répondre rapidement à toutes nos questions. La plage à seulement 5 minutes à pied et les commerces à proximité font de cet endroit un un lieu idéal pour les familles. Merci infiniment, Jouan !

En un mot, c’était SUPERR 👌🏽! On se sent tout de suite comme chez soi. On a manqué de rien ma copine et moi. Le logement est très bien équipé. Et gros plus pour la piscine 🏊🏽‍♂️ : elle est beaucoup plus grande que sur les photos. En plus vous avez plein de magasins à côté pour louer des scooters ou des voitures 🚘 Je le recommande sans hésiter 👌🏽

Wonderful apartment with perfect location!

The terrace with the dinner table, the pool and the table tennis was excellent. Location of the apartment is spot on, close to the Eroski grocery store and just a few blocks away from the beach. Maybe a few more kitchen knives for eating. And the barbecue worked well but have seen better days :)

Tuvimos una estancia fantástica en el alojamiento de Juans en Mallorca. Fuimos a las primeras vacaciones de nuestra hija en el extranjero y el lugar era fantástico. ¡La piscina es totalmente privada para el apartamento, así que esto fue fantástico para nosotros como familia! Hay una playa fantástica a solo 3 minutos a pie del apartamento y muchos restaurantes a poca distancia también. Juan siempre fue receptivo con las solicitudes y siempre estuvo disponible para ayudar con cualquier cosa. ¡Gracias por una estancia fantástica! Nada.
