Christmas Get Away

The host was extremely helpful and explained everything thoroughly. He responded promptly and was very courteous. He also provided a basket of fruit along with beverages upon our arrival. The property is ideally located on the beach and walkable to shops and restaurants. The home is beautiful but needs upgrading in the kitchen. The faucet leaks and the sinks are outdated. The towels and linen needs replacing, they were old and worn. There were spots on the linen and bedding. There were cobwebs all over and it needed dusting. The pool was very nice and everyone enjoyed it. There were bathrooms with no window covering, which I didn't understand. The Wifi was very glitchy and was almost none accessible on the second floor and not available at all in the basement area. There were TVs in the bedrooms and basement that did not work. The only operable TV was in the living room. The property was well stocked. shops abs eateries

Great place !!!

This was a beautiful home that far exceeded our expectation of a beach home. It was quite comfortable and we loved being able to walk from the backyard to the beach. We spent so much time on the patio. Our family used the entire house and was quite happy to have a full kitchen available as well as a laundry room. I could stay here again.

C’est une villa très agréable, placer au bord de la mer. Les pieds dans le sable. Très spacieuse, et Très bien équipée pour une famille avec des enfants. Ne pas mettre en avant votre piscine intérieure, car l’eau est très froide si on ne la chauffe pas. Également, le matelas de la chambre à l’étage, mériterait d’être changé. Le sur matelas n’améliore pas le confort! Malgré cela, c’est une maison que je recommanderais!

Sensationelle Lage, tolle Villa

Toller Aufenthalt mit direkter Lage an traumhaftem Strand. Leider waren zu wenig Liegestühle vorhanden und diejenigen vor Ort waren teilweise verdreckt. Die Villa ist seh geräumig und schön. Vielleicht müsste der Eigentümer im Hinblick auf 2025 ein wenig Geld investieren (siehe oben, Veranda, etc.) Aber im Grossen und Ganzen ein tolles Objekt in dem wir sensationelle Ferien genossen haben für 10 Tage.

Geräumige Villa mit direktem Zugang zum karibisch angehauchten Strand. Vier große Doppelschlafzimmer mit Bad. Tolle Küche mit allem, was du brauchst, um für 8 Personen zu kochen. Große Terrasse für Mahlzeiten im Freien. Supermarkt und Bäckerei 3 Minuten zu Fuß. Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Familientreffen. Vielen Dank an euch!

Das Haus ist wunderschön und die Lage ist gigantisch. Man geht bei der Gartentüre hinaus und ist schon am wunderschönen Sandstrand. Die Matratzen sind sehr weich und einige Dinge sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen (z.B. wackelnde Armaturen in den Bädern, nicht funktionierende Rollos in den Bädern…)

Ein Traum am Strand

Die Lage des Hauses ist einfach umwerfend. Von der Gartentür bis zum Strand sind es keine 20 Meter. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich. Die Agentur hat sich sehr rührend um all unsere Fragen (vor der Reise und vor Ort) gekümmert. Dem Haus selbst merkt man an, dass es schon etwas älter ist. Einige sanitäre Einrichtungen (die Duschen im Keller und im Zimmer links vom Eingang) bräuchten mal eine Frischzellenkur. Allerdings hat uns der sehr nette Vermieter schon gesagt, dass er sich darum kümmert. Wir hatten auf jeden Fall zwei überragende Wochen und sind mit großer Wehmut wieder nach Hause geflogen. Vielen Dank für alles.

Haus am Meer

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub hier in Alcudia. Das Haus liegt direkt am Sandstrand. Supermarkt und Restaurants sind in Laufweite. Die Einrichtung ist mallorquin. Hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit und Gepflegtheit des Hauses und der toll angelegte Garten.
