Beautiful single-family house "Sa Olivera". 3 km from the centre of Alcúdia, 23 km from the centre of Inca, 47 km from the centre of Cala Ratjada, 4 km from the sea. Private: natural state property 1'000 m2 (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, parking on the premises. Shop 4 km, supermarket 4 km, bus stop 3 km, sandy beach "Alcúdia" 4 km. Please note: car recommended.

Gemütliche Finca

Die Finca hat alles was man braucht, zum Teil ist die Ausstattung in die Jahre gekommen und könnte etwas modernisiert werden. Wir wurden sehr nett Empfangen, mit einem Gemüsekorb aus dem eigenen Garten und wenn wir Fragen hatten wurden diese schnell beantwortet.
