The Garballó Alcudia Holiday Villa - Sea Front (ETV/8741) that we present is a dream come true for beach and tranquillity lovers. Located on the beachfront, its beautiful sea view becomes the perfect setting to enjoy dream holidays. The garden in front of the property has direct access to Muro Beaches, famous for their fine white sand and crystal-clear waters, which makes it the ideal place for those who enjoy water sports, sunbathing and relaxing by the sea.
The house is spacious and features a large living room that benefits from the large windows that allow a great amount of natural light, providing a sense of spaciousness and freshness. The living room is equipped with a large dining table, comfortable sofas, state-of-the-art TV and wifi access. From here, guests can enjoy the beautiful sea views without having to leave the house. Additionally, all rooms are equipped with air conditioning to ensure maximum comfort during their stay.
The villa's kitchen is traditional and fully equipped with all the necessary appliances to cook delicious meals. In total, the villa has four double bedrooms, three of which are in the main house and one that is separate, accessed externally and which has a double bed and a single bed with a private bathroom. This layout makes it perfect for a large family or a group of friends. Upon arrival, we will gift you with a welcome pack with water, coffee and a small snack so that you can relax and enjoy from the very first moment.
Finally, Villa Garballó has a spacious private parking in front of the property, which makes it ideal for those who wish to travel by car and have the peace of mind of knowing that their vehicle is safe. In general, this villa is a true paradise for those seeking a quiet and relaxing stay near the sea in a unique and spectacular natural environment.
Muro Beach is an incredible place to enjoy holidays, and there are many interesting things that can be done in this area:
- Practicing water sports: Muro Beach is an ideal place to practice water sports such as windsurfing, kitesurfing, paddle surfing, and sailing. On the beach, there are several companies that offer equipment rental and classes for beginners, making it an excellent place to try something new or enjoy a sport you already know.
- Visit the S'Albufera Natural Park: The S'Albufera Natural Park is one of the most important places on the island of Mallorca for bird watching. The park is located a few kilometres from Muro Beach, and has a wide variety of bird species that can be observed in the different wetlands, lagoons and rivers that compose it.
- Explore the Alcúdia Market: The Alcúdia market is one of the largest and most popular on the island of Mallorca, and takes place every Tuesday and Sunday in the city of Alcúdia, which is located a few kilometres from Muro Beach. At the market, you can find a wide variety of local products such as fresh food, handicrafts, clothing and souvenirs. It is an excellent place to try local gastronomy and buy some souvenirs to take home.
There are cots and high chairs for babies available (upon request).
*This property is located in a residential area, which is why only families or groups of responsible people who desire tranquility are accepted, youth groups will not be accepted.
Rules:
- Smoking is prohibited inside the property. If desired, they can smoke outside and make sure not to leave cigarette butts on the ground.
- Maintain order and cleanliness at all times.
- You must take responsibility for the waste generated during your stay. Please separate the waste in the corresponding containers and place it in the designated area.
- Use air conditioning and/or heating responsibly. Turn it off when you are not at home or when it is not necessary. Also make sure to close windows and doors so that cold or hot air does not escape.
- It is not allowed to celebrate parties or events in the house. If you want to have visitors, please do so in moderation and respect the house rules.
Booking Conditions:
- Visitors must pay a deposit before arrival, of 500.00 Euros, which will be returned after departure.
- Tourist Tax: 2.2€/adult/night to be paid before arrival by credit card or bank transfer.
- Check-in from 8:00 pm onwards will have an extra cost of €50 to be paid in cash upon arrival. €100 from 11:00 pm onwards.
- There are 2 cots available upon request. The first one has no cost and the second one has a cost of 10.00€ per night
