In the outdoor area, you will find a stunning saltwater swimming pool designed with separate areas for adults and children, ensuring fun for all ages.

Note 1. Final cleaning charges are included in the rental price. This does not relieve the client of his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit as long as the use of the house is reasonable.

Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and subject to availability, the cost will be 15€ per person per day.

Note 3. Check-out time is 10:00. If a later check-out is possible, it is always subject to availability and will cost 90 € until 13:00 and 160 € until 16:00.

Note 4. Free entry to the accommodation with our agency staff until 10 pm, €30 (10 pm–midnight) or €50 (after midnight). There is also the option of free self-check-in with a staff welcome the next day.

Note 5. Electricity consumption is not included in the price of the accommodation. The cost is 0.25€/KwH to be paid on departure.

Note 6. In the Balearic Islands, all hotels/tourist accommodation are required to charge guests over 16 years of age the Tourist Tax, which is then paid to the Regional Authorities.
