Die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr schön, tolles großes Grundstück, schöner Pool, klasse sind auch Pool-Billardtisch und Tischtennis-Platte dabei. Die Fenster sind jedoch recht in die Jahre gekommen, Fliegengitter teilweise kaputt, in dem einen Badezimmer stinkt es leider unangenehm (wahrscheinlich aus Abfluss) wenn Fenster geschlossen ist. Die Küchenausstattung ist teilweise etwas dürftig, es fehlen so einige Basics, von Topflappen über ausreichend Küchenutensilien bis hin zu Salz-/Pfefferstreuern. Aber der Service vor Ort ist super, wenn man eine Mail schreibt, dass etwas fehlt oder zu wenig von etwas vorhanden ist, wird es in kürzester Zeit gebracht. Deswegen trotz gewisser kleiner Mängel 5 Sterne.

Wirklich alte Villa

Ja was soll man sagen. Muss hier mal was dazu schreiben. Wir als Familie mieten seit 20 Jahren Finkas auf Mallorca. Immer im Juni. Diese hier war leider vom allgemein Zustand her die Schlechteste. Positiv: 1. Die Lage war Topp.8 Minuten bis zum Strand 2. Die Duschen sowie die Klimanlage funktionierten gut. Negativ: leider eine sehr alte Villa die in einem schlechten Allgemeinzustand ist. Aussenalage sehr ungepflegt. 1. Der Zugang zur Villa funktioniert mit einem Zugangscode.Dann geht das Tor auf, nur leider auch sehr schnell wieder zu.Es gibt keine Funkbedienung. 2. Der Laufweg zur Villa ist nicht Beleuchtet.Achtung Stolpergefahr.Man sieht fast nichts. 3. Leider sehr viele Ameisen im Aussenbereich.Die Terassenplatten sind sehr alt und liegen nicht sauber nebeneinander.Für Kinder geht das überhaupt nicht.Gefahr von Zehnbrüchen. 4. Alter Aussentisch und alte Stühle. 5. Die Liegen waren OK , die Schirme Schrott. 6. Der Innenbereich ist sehr alt. 7.Teilweise gehen die Küchengeräte nicht.Backofen defekt.Kaffemaschine muss erneuert werden. Zu wenig Küchengeschirr. 8.Betten gehen so. Sind unserer Meinung zu hart. 9. Das Haus ist sehr dunkel.Da es nur kleine Fenster hat. Aber gut ist halt so. 10.Sauber war das Haus zwar aber leider Muffiger Geruch.Ist dem alter des Hauses geschuldet. Abschluss: Trotz der Guten Lage ist unserer Meinung das Haus nicht zu empfehlen.Für Familien mit kleinen Kinder geht das gar nicht. Hier muss dringend nachgebessert werden. Da es sich ja auch um kein Schnäpchen Haus handelt.
