This villa is ideal for family or friends' holidays. Equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi throughout the property, it guarantees a comfortable stay all year round. The villa has a private entrance and parking space for your convenience. The bright and spacious living room is decorated with comfortable sofas and a television, creating the perfect atmosphere to relax. The dining room, with a table for 8 people, connects directly to the terrace through doors that provide access to the pool area. The kitchen is fully equipped, providing you with everything necessary to prepare delicious meals.



Villa Shop offers 4 double bedrooms with air conditioning and spacious wardrobes. Additionally, it has 2 independent shower rooms, ideal for sharing among guests. The villa also has a spacious south-facing terrace, perfect for sunbathing and enjoying the Mediterranean climate. For outdoor relaxation moments, you'll find a shaded dining area and a brick barbecue covered with a countertop, ideal for al fresco dinners. The rooftop is not accessible, ensuring total privacy and tranquillity for your moments of rest. Important information to keep in mind:



In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.



On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.



The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.
