Finca sa Rota

Die Finca ist wunderschön gelegen mit traumhafter Aussicht. Die Privatsphähre ist unschlagbar. 😍 Aber die Lavabo -und Duschhahnen sollten unbedingt ersetzt, oder zumindest instand gestellt werden. Auch die Sitzkissen ausserhalb sollten ersetzt werden .

Tolles Anwesen, aber verbesserungsbedürftig

Sehr schönes Anwesen, toller Pool, schöne Sitzgelegenheiten, tolle Ausstattung, toll das Getränke vorhanden waren und das eine Katze da war die sehr liebenswert war Sie sollten dringend die Sanitäranlagen entkalken oder erneuern. Die Wasserhähne im Bad sind durch den Kalk wahnsinnig verschmutzt, sodass wir sie nur zum Hände waschen nutzen konnten. Auch die Dusche muss dringend entkalkt werden. Schön wäre es auch wenn die Schlafzimmer klimatisiert wären, da man durch die geringe Stromversorgung keine Klimaanlage und 2 Ventilatoren nutzen konnte. Es war entsprechend heiß in den Schlafzimmern

Beautiful rustic villa

Wow! We were blown away with this place. Simply beautiful surroundings, sunrise over the mountain tops, animals, plants gardens even a tree house for the kids. The views are spectacular. The pool is great for kids and adults, just the right size to relax in the sun. This villa had everything we needed including multiple places to sit and eat inside and out. Very comfy beds great showers too. Pictures need reviewing as there have been many new updates to the property. The owner is very attentive and fixed an issue straight away, great guy nice and polite. 45/50 mins from airport, 10 min drive from nearest beach and supermarket. We travelled to every corner of the island, various activities, was so nice to come back to this villa and have total peace and tranquillity not forgetting privacy! 100% recommended, we are already looking at booking this place again we loved it that much. Mallorca is defiantly a must see island, the Spanish are great people and may I recommend the road MA10.. you won’t regret it! Many thanks again to the owner, great guy! Adios! Not much. If I’m being picky, gas oven didn’t have temperature settings. Wi-Fi a bit here and there. Generator could maybe be moved further away from villa. That’s it!

Well located Finca with modern inventory, but would need some maintenancee

Great location(good view and near the sea and city), the pool was for our kids ideal, well equipped. Unfortunately, there were some downsides during our trip: - There's a power generator on the neighbor property which ran almost all day and even one night. Very annoying for this quite location - It took 4 days and several emails to fix an issue with the sunshade - The bathroom is very calcified (handles not working properly) and the sink in the kitchen is regularly blocked

Wunderschöne finca, beeindruckende Aussicht von der Terrasse und Dachterrasse auf die Stadt und das Meer, riesige gepflegte Anlage, äußerst freundlicher und flexibler Service (Check-in 5 Stunden vor der angegebenen Zeit, check-out 1 Stunde später waren problemlos möglich :) , extra Handtücher auf Anfrage), halbe Stunde zu fuß ans Meer bzw. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad, Alcudia ist eine absolut sehenswerte Stadt und hat viel zu bieten! Auch die Umgebung von alcudia bietet viele unternehmensmöglichkeiten. Wundervolle Wander- bzw. Radweg befinden sich direkt vor der hofeinfahrt. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt und können die finca definitiv weiterempfehlen. Etwas wenig küchenutensilien (z.b. 1-2 Pfannen und Töpfe fehlen) , das Wasser beim Duschen wurde nicht immer warm

Grosszügiges Anwesen mit Aussicht

Eine sehr schöne Finca, ruhig gelegen und trotzdem Nahe zu Restaurants und Aktivitäten. Privatsphäre top. Sehr nette & hilfsbereite Besitzer, Agentur antwortet bei Belangen sofort. Alles hervorragend und wie auf den Bildern. Uns hatte einzig der Lärm des Generator gestört, der Nahe am Haus und frei steht (wird sicher besser, wenn dieser einen Schutz erhalten sollte).

Wahnsinnsausblick, schöne Finca, Pool, Tiere mit kleinen technischen Aussetzern

Schöne Finca mit tollem Ausblick, riesiges Gelände und somit größtmögliche Privatsphäre, dafür 1+ mit Sternchen. Pool ist schön, nicht allzu groß, aber für kleine Kinder optimal, da er sehr flach reingeht und sie lange stehen können. Strand in Alcúdia (optimal für Kinder, flach, ohne Wellen) ebenso schnell erreichbar wie Supermarkt und Restaurants, zentrale Lage trotz Hanglage (mit sehr enger Zufahrtsstraße). Highlight waren die Tiere auf der Finca, die wir mit Erlaubnis der Manager füttern durften, sogar um Ponyreiten hat er sich gekümmert. Es gab Oliven aus eigener Ernte und Olivenöl, Kuchen (Einseimada) von Oma und eine Flasche Wein. Snacks standen bei Ankunft bereit & es gab sogar ein Geburtstagsgeschenk für unseren Sohn, mega Gastfreundschaft, extremst freundlich und alle Probleme wurden zeitnah bearbeitet und meistens auch gelöst. Es gab einige technische Probleme: W-Lan funktionierte die ersten 10 Tage überhaupt nicht (und die letzten 4 Tage sehr langsam). Poolpumpe funktionierte nur zeitweise. Am 1. Tag gab es am Solar-Inselsystem einen Stromausfall und in der Folge keinen Strom und kein warmes Wasser. An einem anderen Tag gab es einen partiellen Stromausfall und das gesamte Wasser war weg und das Tor in der Einfahrt konnte danach nur noch manuell auf- und zugeschoben werden. In allen Fällen kam der Manager sehr schnell und das Problem wurde meistens schnell behoben (bis auf W-Lan). Verbessern könnte man noch folgendes: - Bett im Zimmer zum Pool ist vollkommen durchgelegen und Rückenschmerzen vorprogrammiert - Zu wenige Gläser/Weingläser (und teilweise mit Ditschern) - Outdoormöbel sehen schön aus, sehr bequem sind sie zum rumlungern allerdings nicht - Preis ist sehr hoch

Ruhe und traumhafter Ausblick

ruhig und doch stadtnah gelegene Finca auf riesigem Grundstück mit herrlicher Aussicht. Ein Auto wird auf jeden Fall benötigt, am besten ein geländetaugliches. ideal für einen erholsamen Urlaub!

Saubere, gepflegte Finca auf großem Grundstück

Saubere große Finca mit guter Einrichtung, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist sehr gut, die Aussicht traumhaft auf beide Buchten, wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Von den umliegenden Nachbarn bekommt man so gut wie nichts mit. Mit dem Auto ist man innerhalb von 5 -10 Minuten in Alcudia oder Port Alcudia. Zu Fuß ein wenig zu weit, zu mal man den Berg auch wieder rauf muss. Sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Alcudia. Guter Kontakt im Vorwege mit der Agentur über welche die Finca vermietet wird. Der Service vor Ort war auch in Ordnung. 2 x wöchentlich Poolreinigung und Garten. Handtücher und Bettwäsche nach einer Woche gewechselt, extra Wünsche wurden sofort erfüllt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Villa Sa Rota
