Great holiday at Villa Catalina

The booking process for Villa Tia Catalina through VRBO and BeBreeze was very straightforward. The directions and check-in instructions were very clear and sent to us well in advance of our arrival date. The villa was great and was exactly as it had been described on the website. It was clean and well maintained. We didn’t need to contact BeBreeze during our stay as we didn’t have any issues. We had a great family holiday and very much enjoyed our stay at Villa Tia Catalina.

Great stay at Villa Tia Catalina

A great villa in a remote, but idyllic setting. The villa was spacious and the layout worked well for our family of 4. We enjoyed spending time in the pool and taking in the surrounding scenery. The villa is well maintained and has all the basic equipment you need for your holiday. A car is essential as the villa is located down a single track with no amenities within walking distance. Pollensa Old Town and Alcudia are both a short drive away. We had no problem with mosquitos using some citronella candles. Overall, a great holiday at Villa Tia Catalina.

Aus den Klimaanlagen lief Wasser, so das die Zimmern sehr nass wurden, haben sofort angerufen, uns wurde gesagt der Eigentümer meldet sich zurück, leider geschieht das nicht.

Wunderschöne Finca mit Pool & Garten

Wir haben unsere Woche in dieser Finca sehr genossen. Alles lief problemlos, über die Kommunikation, den Check-in bis hin zum Aufenthalt in der gut ausgestatteten und gepflegten Finca. Die Villa liegt ruhig, perfekt für Erholung und Entspannung ca. 10 Autominuten von Alcudia entfernt.

Peaceful holiday

House was beautiful and well kept. Pool and yard where great. Loved to grill and enjoy the sun. Some problems with lights (pool lights not working for example). And you need to supply knive sharpeners, knives were really dull. Maybe get another cutting board as well.

War eine sehr schöne Finca

Die Finca war sehr sauber und total ruhig gelegen. Nach einer Woche wurde der Pool und die Finca gereinigt. Die Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden gewechselt. Bei uns war ein Duschkopf defekt dieser wurde sofort von einer Fachfirma gewechselt. Das Grundstückstor musste man aufschieben war sehr schwer. Auch hier war der Vermieter sofort zur Stelle und reparierte das Tor. Wir können diese Finca empfehlen. Es war alles da was man braucht. Einrichtung war landesüblich. Zum Einkauf waren es 4 KM nach Alcudia.

Wundervolle Villa, sehr empfehlenswert für ruhige Tage

Die Villa ist sehr gut aufgeteilt, sie hat einen sehr schönen Garten mit Pool, Grillplatz, Tischtennisplatte, ruhige Lage, Aussicht auf Felder und Hügel, sonnig von morgens bis abends, moderne Einrichtung, gut ausgestattet, mit Waschmaschine und Speisekammer. Eine kaputte Kaffeemaschine wurde sofort ausgetauscht. Guter Service, freundlich, gute Kommunikation, Nähe zu schönen Stränden und viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten Moskitonetze an den Fenstern
