“Clean property. Everything was tidy and staff were friendly. Also a decent breakfast and pool room. Only downside is no elevator to the 2nd floor. But I’m guessing they are probably willing to accommodate those who can’t take stairs by putting them in a room on ground level. Excellent stay overall.”

“Contactless check in; ya right, you're only given email instructions 1 day before reservation (which are incomplete in my opinion). They emailed me (handicaped) the code for the door to the stairs, so partner had to go find someone to give him the code to the handicapped entrance, once in, then realized the elevator was up one level and manual as there was no button to bring it down, so another trip for partner to go find someone to help. When they arrived, they said we should have went in the……
