"Las habitaciones no son como las anuncian. Las camas no son del tamaño que muestran en la reservación y argumentan que todas las habitaciones son diferentes. No hay nada que hacer cerca, el shuttle para ir a esquiar solo sale a las 9am y regresa a las 4pm. El conductor del shuttle es grosero y le grita al personal del hotel y a los huéspedes. No limpian la habitación, solamente hacen las camas y ya. En general muy pobre la experiencia. Dejamos el hotel cuando aun quedaba una noche pagada por todo lo anterior."
