“The house was nicely updated, very warm and clean. Would definitely stay there again!”

“Listing was accurate. Check-in was easy. Host was responsive to messages. TV didn’t turn on, but we don’t watch much TV. It was cold during our stay, so we didn’t get out on the water. Hot tub was nice, but it’s a little dark down there at night. A bit more lighting would have been nice, but overall a good stay.”

“This house was perfect for me and my teenage daughter and her friend who came to town for the Jason Aldean concert. It was cute, clean, beds were comfortable and had everything we needed for the night. It’s also in a nice neighborhood and located close to restaurants, shopping and just a short drive to Simmons Bank arena. I definitely recommend this house! ”

“Great place, especially for golfers. Don’t use GPS to get driving directions, those took use to an entrance for owners. We had to drive around the entire property which added an hour to our travel time. ”

“The carriage House’s charm was its authenticity. The hostess goes out of her way to make sure you have the basics-enough blankets, clean towels and sheets, kitchen supplies—etc. twice she visited my husband and I to make sure all was okay and she brought us a basket of snacks. It was nice to have a bathroom upstairs and down, also a washer and dryer. The courtyard is pretty and creative. Our hostess was very dog friendly. There were dog dishes there for my two. “Everything was great!! The atmosphere was top notch. You feel like your far away from everything when in fact you're very close to Hot Springs. The owners are top-notch and very responsive to messages. They have a pet deer named Missy that comes around and says hi!! If you want to feel like Snow White...go and stay here!! The hot tub is very nice and extremely well kept. The coffee bar is well stocked. I highly recommend staying here you won't be disappointed. ”
